Absolutely love Sammys; they’re the best. Food is amazing and well-priced. Staff is very friendly and gives great service. The atmosphere is awesome. They will have live bands which are always entertaining, and dart nights which are fun. 10/10 recommend

Finally made it out here. Fish fry was great, service very good. Place had a really friendly atmosphere, almost small town feel. I will be back to try the breakfast soon. Recommended.

Great family place , good is fantastic. Sammy is one of the best guys around hands down Sammy’s is home . Whether you just hang out have a drink or pull up with your girl listen to the bands . Hang out with your family or friends. Great casual place with a great atmosphere.

The sign out front boasted "BEST BREAKFAST IN TOWN", and that was enough to make me stop in. Eggs Benedict was incredible: extra thick slices of ham, creamy hollandaise, perfectly poached eggs. Hash browns were awesome. Mimosas for all!

The Fish Fry was very delicious.
Had the tater tots with clam chowder soup, which was the best we have ever had.
The only fault I had was the fish fell away from the breading. But that was a small con compared to the taste, and the service was excellent.

Great place for breakfast. Awesome food!!! Nice big portions, plus great prices. I need to try it for dinner. I almost forgot to mention, toast... like bakery bread. Must try the marble rye.

They advertise as "Best breakfast in Huntley", and it lives up to the claim. Good food and the servers are friendly and efficient. And I can't get over the fresh fruit with breakfast.... Yum. (not the usual dry melons)

This is a hidden gem. Service was fantastic, the ingredients were very fresh throughout and we both enjoyed the breakfasts we had. Prices are also reasonable. We will definitely be going back. We want to try lunch next!

Sammy's is a great place where you will not leave hungry. There are very typical selections of bar food here and a pile of it all appears to be made in house, it's really tasty. The service is great, to the point where the waitress recognized my friends, who are regulars, and knew what their orders would be. She recognized that I was not a regular and spent extra time ensuring she would get my order correct. Always looking forward to my next visit.

Saw again "Band X" play great '70's,'80's &90's music, great time, also had tried the Tots the restaurant cooks Soo good & crispy, follow the Band on Facebook good music and good times will be enjoyed.

Never expected but had a great experience here. Went with my parents and kids on a Saturday night. Got to choose where to sit. Waitress help us right away. Menu had lots of options much more then a typical bar menu. Food came quick and was just as ordered. The food was really really good. Everyone complimented their plate. Nothing super special but again very good and large servicing. The waitress was very attentive and was especially good with the my little kids. She really was over the top even giving them a snack at the end of the dinner. Had a great time and looking forward to now trying their breakfast.
