Had a great time her with my wife on a Saturday evening.

Delicious food, generous pours of wine, and a vibe atmosphere. Not bad for sleepy Bellevue!

My only regret is not trying this place out sooner. This gives me 10/10 all around. Outstanding service provided by Ellie (hopefully spelled correctly) not only making sure our entire brunch experience was delightful but entertaining us and providing us with the ins and outs of Bellevue. The rest of the staff was polite, helpful and attentive.

The French Toast was some of the best I've had in all my travels and that says a lot. The toast was crunchy on the outside and perfect spoungy and soft on the inside. Bacon was cooked to the perfect crisp just how I ordered and love it.

The inside decor was perfect, gave just the right amount of class and sophistication. I'd steal some of it for my own home.

My only concern was the last chair at the bar that everyone seemed to run into. Lol, get rid of the chair and it's perfect.

Service was amazing, food was great, I tried the sweetest bell pepper ever which paired well with the dungeness crab and artichoke dips. A lively warm atmosphere, with a tabletop fireplace, and a couple of tabletop curling games.

Never a bad meal or drink in such an awesome atmosphere. I do all my business drinks and meals here whenever possible.

Waiter and waitress are very helpful and polite. Always there to make sure customers satisfactory and ready to help anytime.

Food is delicious especially the shrimp where the sauce taste so special.

Relaxing atmosphere makes the dining experience even more wonderful.

This place is very well run. Nicole our server was great--personable and attentive. Quality of food here is consistently first rate but what is so appreciated is that you get your food hot. The chef here has it right--the servers get that plate on your table within a minute of it being ready. May sound silly but think about how many well prepared meals you've had that came out warm. This is just one example of how disciplined the operation is. This is our go to place for a weekday meal.

From my experience and research the people that operate and own this business are incredible. Genuine , polite and most of all American !

You'll have a really hard time finding things you don't like about this place.

Went here for my birthday dinner. Our server was amazing and let us shift into a corner booth. Food is well priced and tastes fresh. Great dessert options as well and they covered our dessert!

Was a friend's birthday and we had a great time. Great service and really good food!! Highly recommend the steak. Appetizers were all great as well. The tacos were also very good. The staff were all very attentive to our large group and were on top of things. Go in and check it out!

Came here tonight after a terrible experience at Earl’s Kitchen + Bar involving an unruly patron and careless management. Surprisingly, another unruly customer here, but the staff handled it amazingly. Nicole, our server, was so gracious and sweet. The manager and server in the glasses were also very personable and had the utmost care and respect for all patrons and their experience. I love this place and will be back!

This is definitely in my top 5 favorite spots to go in Bellevue, and I try to bring people here frequently. The food is so good, and so are the drinks. Staff are awesome and friendly, the atmosphere is dark, moody and just outstanding overall. I wish they had a discount program for the people who live in the building, because I sure spend a lot of money here! Maybe the owners could come up with a program for Two Lincoln Tower. Regardless, I love this place, and I love supporting locally owned businesses versus chains whenever possible. Definitely would recommend this spot!

This Bar was amazing! My wife and I love staying in Bellevue for little staycations. We heard of this Bar when we stayed at the W hotel and never made it. This past weekend we stopped in and were pleasantly surprised. The Manhattan was divine. Being close to Halloween the staff was dressed up and made a great DJ. Well worth the stop.

Went for their Valentines Day special menu dinner and it was one of the best meals we have ever had! Starter: Salmon chowder, Appetizer: Crab Cake, Main: Steak with coconut prawns and Brussels, Dessert: Chocolate Turtle Cake. Will definitely be on the lookout for future holiday specials!

Came in for a fun date night for our anniversary. The ambiance is attractive, upscale but with a fun vibe. We had the burrata, wedge salad, pork chop and chicken picata which were all delicious. Our server was great and the beignets for dessert were tasty and fresh. Will be back.

There food was fantastic! I really enjoyed there grilled salmon and there charred cauliflower. There staff was nice and there decor was spacious and modern. It was difficult to navigate between all of the seating and along there tight aisle ways. I would visit them again simple for the fantastic quality of food.

So much fun. Esther our bartender can fix up any drink and she was so fun and personal. We went out for ladies night and I wish she could have just joined us the rest of the night! We sat at the bar and loved the atmosphere and food (get the pretzel!!). Highlight of the night

Oh my gawd this place was amazing for lunch! Kind of a sports bar vibe but very upscale, of course... it's Bellevue. Steak fries were crispy but fluffy on the inside just the way I like them. Wife purred with delight after every bite of her salad. My chix sandwich was delish.

Until now found there hummus was too dry, rest other things whatever I have tried they are all very good.

We enjoyed our time at Central Bar. Although, a little distracted with the upcoming Snowflake Lane, the food and servuce by Janelle was exemplary. We definitely want to come back at a slower pace and savor it all again.
