Desrochers has done great work for us on multiple occasions. Most recently they replaced the tile around our pool. These guys are great to work with and they do a fabulous job. The are punctual and work very hard when on site. They also did a great job of cleaning up our pool after the job and helped us get the water chemicals balanced again. We rely on them and our pool is always clear and sparkling!

So happy we found DesRochers Backyard Pools & Spas about 5 years ago. The entire team is super knowledgeable and service always reliable. Highly recommend for your pool needs.

They’ve been helping us with our pool needs for about five years. They replaced our equipment and poured a new concrete pad. They close our pool every year. Every time I have problems they are able to help me find a solution. All the locations are staffed with very knowledgeable and professional people. I wish they had a Yorkville location but our worth the commute.

I contacted Backyard Pools early in the year to get my pool liner replaced. They were very quick in their response to my initial request for a quote but also extremely helpful getting the right thing. Kristina has been a joy to work with and the techs that performed our install were quick, professional and thorough. I highly recommend their service.

Mallory went above and beyond to help me with the mysteries of my new spa, even researched my specific model and emailed instructions on daily care. Lonnie helped me understand and balance my water, utilize the chemicals I already had, and put together the ones I would need. I am so grateful for their help. They exceeded my expectations and a loyal customer was earned.

I’ve never had a bad experience at DesRocher’s. The sales associates in the store are knowledgeable and always so helpful. Every time we need a tech for service Eddie is the BEST! Always there in a pinch and has never steered me in the wrong direction! When their service team is here I know the job is done right. The whole staff is superior top to bottom!!

I came from another pool company I had been with for 25yrs. I was told my 30,000 gallon pool needed some drastic measures taken as chemicals off terribly. I decided to get a 2nd opinion at DesRochers Pools. Blake assured me from his testing that the problem could be corrected very easily. DesRochers is the only place to go for all of your pool needs. I am a new pool owner and they truly go above and beyond to make sure my pool is in top condition. From opening and closing my pool, to stopping into the store, to email reminders and tips they are really the best to work with. They coach me with things to do on my own to keep my pool looking great all years long. We are beyond grateful we chose this company and look forward to working with them many years to come!

DesRochers Backyard pools has been a family favorite of ours the past 4 years. From installing our pool, pool opening and closing, concrete work and all of our maintenance needs the team is phenomenal. The store teams are amazing (Team Mallory and Jerry in Shorewood) and prices and specials are always available. We wouldn’t trust our pool needs to anyone else! The team also gives back to the communities that they serve which goes a long way to their awesome reputation!

DesRochers put in an inground fiberglass pool last year. The installation went smoothly and quickly. They treated our property as if it was their own. All of their staff were very professional, helpful and still continue to assist us with all of our pool needs. Highly recommend!! They deserve 5+++++ stars.

Backyard pools ALWAYS goes above and beyond to help their customers! They are always available to help in anyway they can. They do such a great job opening/closing our pool every year and look forward to seeing them in the store. Wouldn’t recommend anyone else!

Had a fiberglass pool installed last year, it was a very pleasant experience and the process was super easy! They are also reasonably priced. Their customer service is excellent, always available to answer any questions I have and willing to stop by to help us!

I am very happy with my experience at Backyard Pools. They came quickly, diagnosed an issue we were having with our pool pump that is only 3 years old and fixed it. We thought we would need a motor but the techs discovered it was just a voltage problem. They were kind, professional and friendly. That’s not something that’s easily found in pool stores in our immediate area for some reason. I wish Backyard Pools was closer to us so we could purchase our pool chemicals from them.

Fantastic pool closing! Was assured from the very beginning that everything would be taken care of.. and it was!

Bad storm took out my heater control panel (MasterTemp 400). My son is an Airborne soldier, home on leave, and Backyard Pools went out of there way to grab the part and come out before he got home. Saved. The. Day!!

I have never had a hot tub before, so I know nothing about maintaining them. Our water is very hard. The crew at the Shorewood store helped me via text and some phone calls, get my tub water crystal clear. They are the best. Thank you.

You know the saying...”If you want something done correctly do it yourself.” I’ll take it one step further and add...”or just go to Backyard Pools!”

For 5 years, they have helped calm my nerves when pool issues arose (first time pool owner and have used them to open and close my pool each year along with other maintenance issues), offered fantastic customer service at their locations as well as promptly returning calls.
