Prairie Dental Care

I have had bad teeth and been embarrassed going to the dentist since I was a kid (35 now). Dr. Ma never once made me feel self conscious and his work is outstanding. The entire staff goes above and beyond to make you feel comfortable. The receptionist (gene? I believe, I’m sorry if I got it wrong) is beyond kind and compassionate. Would highly recommend this place!

I'm 70 years old and I give Prairie Dental a five-star. Everyone was friendly and made you feel like family. They took the time to answer all my questions throughly. Just want to say thank you to everyone. Margo

It was the best experience ever! My kid finally got her first x-ray successfully! She never got it done by another dentist because she was afraid of the x-ray machine. But thanks to the nurse Julie, she was super patient and knew how to communicate with my sensitive troublemaker. And Dr. Ma is very gentle too!

They take such care of ever patient who enters. You feel welcomed immediately and they treat you with such kindness. They take time to check in on you and see how you’re doing and go out of their way to make sure you’re comfortable throughout your visit.

Always an excellent experience at Prairie Dental. Staff feels like family! Not to mention my nice clean teeth. 😊

I would highly recommend this practice. Besides getting top level care, everyone in this office is very professional and courteous. Makes going to the dentist a very positive experience and that’s saying a lot for someone who hates going to the dentist.

Great experience. Needed an emergency wisdom tooth extraction and they got my in quickly and took it out. Didn’t feel a thing. Very reasonable price with insurance too. Also, very nice staff. Will likely be my new dental office for check ups. Thanks guys!

I am super impressed by Dr. Ma and his amazing team! I love how friendly everyone is and how they make you feel at home. Very warm and welcoming every time you walk in the door! Had a great experience, the hygienist worked quickly but was also very friendly. Only thing I'd say is the lady at the desk at the time wasn't very friendly with taking payment. Also, I paid without insurance and pretty sure there wasn't any kind of "cash rate" offered...it was a bit steep. My teeth are feeling great after the cleaning though.

Excellent experience both with doctor Ma and receptionists at his office. I would highly recommend them for their friendliness and willingness to help on every level of care from scheduling appointments to great dental care.

Prairie Dental Services has been my dental provider for many years now. After making many calls to find a dentist which accepts my insurance, the woman on the phone said they do not, but she gave me the name of a clinic that would. Great service..I'd come here if I could based on how they treat their potential customers!

I have been going to Prarie Dental since 2006. I was recommended to them by a coworker when we moved into the area. They have always been very good. They remind you when you are falling behind on flossing. But they do so in an educative manner and give you kudos when you are making progress. I have always felt comfortable there. I can ask any question about ways to improve my oral hygiene and always get helpful answers. I would recommend Prarie Dental to anyone looking for a new dentist.

Absolutely outstanding. Brooke, Jean & Dr. Ma were so helpful, knowledgeable and it’s clear they genuinely care about their patients. I had two teeth in very poor condition extracted and before I knew it they were both out - I couldn’t believe it. Totally painless. I have officially found a new dentist.

Very clean and comfortable office! Dr Christine Wang was very personable and kind. She explained in detail the process before she began. She was time efficient and no pain at all from my procedure.

Dr Ma is gentle yet very thorough. He also is friendly and shows interest in me as a person. The staff is also friendly and efficient. I will continue to go to Prairie Dental for my care!
