Stopped in looking for a used car. Told them exactly what I was looking for and my price range. They set me up with a car that was a bit over but close. Spent just short of an hour believing that we were on the same page.
Salesman came back with a price $7000 over what I said. They added $1500 in a service fee and $2500 market adjustment. Now I don't care if that's what they need for the car but why would they waste my time and then sneak additional costs in.
They tried to bring it down but why would I trust a place that tries to stick it to me.
As a side note, I purchased a car across the street, same group, different management.
