I called and spoke to Jordan. She was polite helpful and friendly. We went out the next day and was brought right to the recliners. She was in the middle of something but stopped what she was doing to help us find what we wanted and needed for my injured friend. Lots of choices and great quality. Prices were great as well. I’m going back to get a few things I want as well.

Bought an Ashley sectional ; the delivery people were friendly and professional. The furniture is comfortable and stylish. My daughter and granddaughter slept in comfort on the couch, and they are each 5'6 and taller! My cats approve as well.

A year or so ago I got another twin for 25 less that is twice as thick and wonderful. They delivered on time and were very friendly. My grandfather has bought several couches from them and always had a great experience. The mattress they sold me is maybe a half an inch thicker than a play pen mattress and not good for us.

I called them and they gladly refunded me, I had ordered it over phone and had not seen it. I guess it would be more suitable for a bunk bed than for what I was looking for.

If you haven't been already, you should make the trip to visit/shop at this store. They carry a wonderful selection for all rooms of your house. They carry tradition and unique pieces that will fit with any decor. Prices are also very competitive. They offer delivery which for us was done in a timely manner. You own it to yourself if you're looking for furniture to stop here first. You won't be sorry.

Small town service with a personal touch. Stopped in because I needed one thing - a super cheap queen mattress and box spring set to go on a little-used guest bed. I did not need any fanciness at all.
After explaining this to Shelly she took me straight to the low end sets she had available. No attempt at upselling or BS...just showed that she listened to the customer and met their needs.
Perfect! Should I need more furniture or beds I will be back for sure!

The sales people are very helpful without being pushy. The quality of furniture and bedding is very good and the prices are reasonable. The delivery people are great and always go above and beyond what I expect.

I purchased a leather recliner sofa several years ago, since then the business went out. I called Winterport discount they ordered the part for me and I was there for my convenience within a week. I should purchase any furniture needed in the future from went to Port furniture.
