Sip House

Stopped in during a rainstorm and the ladies could not have been more welcoming! The shop was packed but they made a table for us to sit, made sure we were comfortable and made us tasty drinks! I had an Americano which was delicious, and my wife had a blueberry lemonade that the loved! Happy we sought shelter from the rain in this shop, will certainly return!

I had what was called Gold milk latte and that was the most flavorful latte I have ever had.

Really cute coffee shop with delicious pastries and coffee! I had the maple latte and loved it, and we tried a variety of treats which were all amazing.

Best coffee in Freeport, ME. Skip the generic Starbucks and walk a little further down the Main Street to this cute shop.

The coffee is delicious and they have a wide selection of pastries, many of which are gluten free.

The shop also has a great selection of teas, gifts, and Turkish home decor.

Excellent Turkish coffee cafe nestled along the main shopping strip of Freeport, ME. We enjoyed their homemade (!!!) baklava and an iced Turkish hazelnut latte. Theres also many teas, turkish delights, and other handmade goodies around the shop to purchase. Definitely try this spot out if you're enjoying Freeport.

I had the most delicious tea at Siphouse. It was a herbal blend that Tammy (the owner) created. It was really well balanced and just perfect to stay hydrated on a hot day.

Tammy is so gracious and makes everyone feel welcome. The space is cozy and welcoming and she has a beautiful selection of teas, coffee, smoothies and baked goods including gluten-free items. Stop by when you are in town.

SipHouse is a new coffee shop in town, next to town hall and it is tasty. The coffee is smooth and delicious and the baked goods are yummy. The decor is clean and comfortable. The dog drinking bowl out front was full and I saw biscuits for our furry friends inside. With other spots moving on or out of town, SipHouse is the go to spot for good coffee. I'll be back soon.

Lovely cafe using local organic vendors for baked goods, roasted coffee beans and herbal tea blends. Their smoothies and iced drinks are delicious! They have a book lending library, games for the kids and a bright and calming atmosphere.Your fur family is welcome too! Dog biscuits and a water bowl are available so they get a treat too. This is just what Freeport needed!

If you are stopping at LL Bean. Be sure to stop at the Sip House and see Tammy. Great drinks super snacks and a beautiful atmosphere to enjoy it all in.

I don't have enough good things to say about the new Sip House! Tammy is so wonderful and really transformed the space into a cozy, trendy new spot! Sip House is the perfect addition to Freeport. The coffee is the perfect balance of body and flavor, and the cinnamon sugar scone to pair with it was to die for! Support local and you won't be disappointed!

My menu items of choice are the triangular blueberry scone and an iced mocha coffee. 😊 And topped off w/ a calm sit and conversations. Do stop in.

Nice little coffee and tea spot, excellent and friendly service, comfortable and relaxed atmosphere, tasty gluten-free baked goods. Some nice local artwork for sale, and a shelf of books to borrow.

A cute little cafe with lots of goodies to check out during your day of shopping. They offer a variety of coffee and tea based drinks including traditional Turkish coffee. You can also buy the coffee in the store along with the copper pot to make it at home on your stovetop!

The store also offers a variety of unique ceramics and home decor as well as a variety of pastries, baklava and Turkish Delight options which all looked amazing. I ended up ordering the San Sebastián cheesecake and tried the blueberry merlot latte which sounded unique and interesting. Both were delicious. The owner was very friendly and I learned that he personally designed and laser cut all of the Maine decor inspired wood pieces that are for sale throughout the cafe.

I definitely recommend stopping here and hope to be back again soon the next time I am in the Freeport area!

Delightful! The lunch bowl was a healthy, flavorful option with a nice variety of mini-dishes in one. Staff is very friendly and happy to answer questions. And I found the Iced Pistachio Latte to be a nice treat without being overly sweet. Count me as a big fan of ZesTea!

Such a divine little gem along the main road in town! Where else can you stop on a holiday morning and have a hot cup of sage + linden tea? The owner (who greets and serves us customers) is delightful and kind, and his cultured shop offers not only unique lattes and pastries (vegan and gluten-free friendly), but loose-leaf herbals like hollyhock flowers, fine Turkish offerings ..delights with rose, original towels and other art.. and other ceramics and treats as well. I had a cheese burek sprinkled with raw sugar with my tea, and sat at the window bar enjoying the rain and charging my phone to prepare for my travels. If you're a local, or just passing through town like myself, this is a simple stop that will warm your spirit and satisfy at any dietary level.

The environment is very friendly, and very welcoming. It’s very peaceful and the people who work there are very nice.

I went into the small store for a Turkish coffee pot, which they had two sizes. They have wide variety of handsome tea pots and small artful cups. I ordered a cup of Turkish coffee which was done perfectly! I chose a baklava sampler, which was very good, to go with the coffee. They both were excellent together. The owner was cheerful and happy to chat with me. He also let me sample a more traditional middle eastern tea, which was also good. I will definitely be going back to sample more teas.😊

I have traveled to this area of Maine twice now, and I’ve made it a point to stop by Zestea both times! I plan to make it a tradition every time I’m back visiting Maine in the future! All the pastries are delicious and fresh, the coffee and tea are made with care. Quality ingredients and great service, you can tell when someone loves what they do.
