why must I assemble my French onion soup. This is the second thing this has happened. Other than that it’s good food but WHY

I really was having a bad day. I went into this restaurant for lunch. As to I was an hour away from home. I was seated by a nice gentleman, and the waitress came to take my order. She was so kind, helpful, and full of energy the joy she was giving off that day with her voice and demener just made my day bright. We need more people in the work place like this. She was truly a blessing in my day. Thank you Rhonda H. TB #33 keep up the great work and positivity! 😄

Phenomenal customer service!! Hannah, the bar manager went above and beyond.
Ordered two steak dinners for curbside pickup this week and got home to find our steaks were extremely overcooked, when we asked for medium rare. I gave my feedback in the survey a couple days back to let them know. When I checked my email today, I saw that Hannah reached out to make it right. I gave her a call and was met with kindness. She resolved the issue quickly and was so pleasant. It’s people like Hannah that keep a business running. Customer service is everything! Based on that alone, I’d go back here again.

Absolutely amazing food and absolutely amazing service. Didnt get our waitress name but she was super sweet and kept checking on us. I as a manager myself was very pleased with her customer service!!

Came in for happy hour (3-6pm), my bestie & I had a Bacardi bucket, Bahama Mama, & some pub pretzels & beer cheese. All very good, served fast, & very well. Kenzie was a wonderful bartender! We will be back soon!

Our server Peter was super quick with our order. We told him we were in a hurry, and at one point I saw him running to bring our check! That's what I say is going the extra mile! Thank you Peter!

Average Applebee's, but clean, attentive service (we were there for a late lunch after errands), and great food! My son always finishes off a sirloin steak and mashed potatoes. I had my favorite French onion soup and their chicken strips platter. Just good bar and grill food!

Best Applebees in town! Alyssa is a phenomenal bartender! Alec is exceptional with his costumer service and made sure all my needs were met!

Food was good. Margs we’re great. We felt rushed. Food came out fast which was awesome. Didn’t have much time to look at menu. Was in and out less than 30 min. Overall good.

The location was slow for the time. The greater could of wondered around and asked how woo we were doing since he has nothing better to do. Food was as expected.
