One of my favorite breweries in Michigan. I have been here for more than three times now and never regret the drive. Best hangout place with friends/family if you live in Kalamazoo/Chicago/Indianapolis. If you are a vegetarian you should try the Shallots Pizza. I love it and be back again.

Excellent vibe, very welcoming and casual. Wood-fired pizza is FABULOUS and the crafts beers are superb. Great variety for all tastes. Nice pit stop on a road trip, a couple of minutes off exit 16 from interstate 94 in Michigan.

I order wood-fired pizza every chance i get. Haymarket is easily one of the best I've ever had. The Classic Supreme had perfectly charred crust and just the right amount of toppings. I ordered extra onions and added garlic. It was sublime. They also have a selection of dark beers that are exceptional. Pro-tip: if you want pizza, they don't serve it on Wednesdays.

So many beer choices (all of which sounded really good), the pizza was SO GOOD — one of the best I’ve had in a long time. And the staff was super attentive and friendly.

We are just visiting the area so kind of sad we can’t come back more regularly but will be recommending this place to all our friends in the area!

In honor of the fight for the 8 hour workday comes a great place to throw back some beers when the shift is done. Obviously has some influence from the 1886 Haymarket riot in Chicago.

Anyway, you fill out a your order on a menu and take it to the counter where you order your beer as well. The food is delivered to you at your table. Inside or out. We sat inside but there was plenty of room outside to relax and enjoy the brews.

The pizzas are top notch. I had the Elote and the wife had the margarita pizza. I usually don't eat the crust, but it all went down.

The final touch is a small game room with a few of your 80's favorites and beers to go.

Haymarket Brewery & Taproom stands as a beacon for the parched and famished souls, a testament to the art of handcrafted brews and delectable pies. As I sauntered in, the air was thick with the tantalizing aroma of yeast and hops, a seductive dance of ingredients that promised an intoxicating journey. The artichoke mushroom pizza, a heady blend of earthy flavors, melted in my mouth, leaving me craving for more. The pepperoni and sausage, a wild ride of meaty goodness, and the simple yet profound cheese pizza, were revelations in their own right. The place buzzed with an electric energy, the chatter a bit overwhelming at times, but it's a small price to pay for such divine indulgence.

Very friendly staff! Husband enjoyed the Hazy is Lazy and Baltic Porter Beers. We watched the Chicago Bears (they lost!) at the bar. Patio was open and very full. Pizza looked great!! We stayed overnight as a Harvest Host member. Would stop here again!

What a great spot!! My wife and I stopped in. For lunch on Saturday just as they opened. We sat at the bar and were taken care of by Vince. Incredible warm atmosphere and great, friendly staff. Tried a couple of different beers, all terrific. We had the elotes pizza with a side of hot sauce on Vince's recommendation. The beer and food were fantastic, but the warm welcome and great conversation with Vince made this lunch a memorable one. Can't wait for our next trip to Michigan!!!

Been here many times. A fun place to hang out with friends. Live music, sometimes. Good pizza and good beer. Mathias is a personal favorite. I noticed a review that mentioned the casual seating style. Yes, they give you a piece of paper and you go find your own place. You complete your order on that paper and take it to the cashier. Grab your beer and relax. They’ll bring the food to your table. It‘s fine once you’re used to it. When weather cooperates, the outdoor space is great and dog friendly.

We usually stop here when I’m that side of the state. Good beer and a lot of variety. Never tried the pizza, which looks good.

Good beer - they have flights so you can try the different options. We got their sausage and pepperoni pizza and it was yummy- esp the crust! The patio is dog friendly and has lots of tables and also chairs and firepits in the grassy area.

Great place for the whole family, outside seating if it’s to loud inside. Wonderful pizza, very friendly and energetic employees eager to help. Very tasty beers. I recommend the beat salad and the Elote pizza heck I’m sure any pizza you order is amazing.

Loved the atmosphere here. Very layed back and easy going. The beer was good and location was great (off the beaten path). When you arrive they give you a menu and table number. You put what you want down on the menu and go to the bar to order. They bring your order to you table very quickly which was nice. We sat at a picnic table which was nice and outside but was not level so our beer kept sliding down. Plus had to really hold ourselves up so we didn't fall backwards. Definitely don't recommend the tables off the cement!!! Otherwise thought the beer was really good.

Me and my husband stayed here with Harvest Host in our Motorhome and it was great!! This place was “a vibe” and we were vibin! Lol But seriously, the beer selection was amazing and their Paloma inspired sour was delicious! Wood fired pizzas and great beer- you can’t go wrong with this combo! We had the shallot pizza and it was sooo tasty. The atmosphere was really nice- imagine a rad adult cafeteria with beer and pizza! They also had some arcade games right inside, we didn’t partake in these however but wow, this was definitely our kind of place! Would definitely come back again!

Was so excited to see vegan pizza on the menu! My husband also loved the jalapeño pepperoni pizza. The food and drinks were great and we loved that we could bring our dog to hangout on the patio with us.

Great for a dinner out with friends or family lunch. Indoor and outdoor seating offer a fun, laid back atmosphere. The food was very tasty and offered some unique pizzas like elote.
