Best Buy

Seems to be a fairly decent electronics store. They sell a lawnmower now. Didn't see that coming. Lots of televisions and computers. Also, arcade machines. Almost thought about getting the mortal combat machine. But that's just silly. A couple friendly employees asked if I needed help. I didn't. Store is clean, well lit, and easy to navigate with helpful signage. Might get a tv soon.

Service by the team was outstanding and we are more than happy that we stop by to get our appliances for our new house.

We had an issue ordering a fridge from a different store so we decided to order from Best Buy instead and it was the best decision!! They had great customer service when we came in to purchase the fridge. Then I received multiple text leading up to the delivery date and it was a quick installment and the guys who came were nice and great at answering all my questions. We will definitely be buying all our future appliances from Beat Buy!!

Many thanks over the years! The knowledgeable and professional staff makes shopping at Best Buy a breeze. There's been a few been a few times I was unsure of what I needed, and the staff was able to look up the correct device information to get exactly what I needed the first time!

I saw some PNY ram for my Lenovo idea pad 3 on their website for $22 off with 2 still at my local store, so I immediately went to go get one. I haven't been to best buy in years so going in I had idea where it would be located. As soon I walked in someone was there to ask if I needed help with anything. I showed the employee the PNY ram I wanted on their website from my phone and he called for someone to take me directly to it in the locked case. Normally I'm not a fan of products in locked cases but that's only due having to wait for someone to unlock it but that was a non factor in this case. All employees I encountered were very friendly, professional, and most importantly knowledgeable. I was in and out in less then 5 minutes with exactly what I came for. Already installed in my laptop and the performance was instantly boosted. I will definitely look to Best Buy first when looking for more laptop upgrades!

We just got a new TV and sound system and the staff were very knowledgeable. We came away with a much better setup than planned thanks to our helpers.

Most Best Buy experience has been less helpful, so glad they raised the bar!

This 5 star review is specifically for Tom in appliances and Doug the store manager. When we had our new washer and dryer delivered, the men that came were terrible. When I went in I had no intention of ever shopping at Best Buy again. They both handled the situation perfectly. I hope they value the both of them as much as I do.

Was greeted right when I walked in and was asked if I needed help finding anything. He took me right to the product I was looking for. Was nice not hunting someone down to help me.

I had a nice visit. The line was short and my pick up order was seemless. My only complaint (and it is so miniscule) was that I actually needed someone for once and I couldn't find a person, ha! Usually they are all over and very friendly. I ended up answering my own question anyway, so I would have wasted their time with my lack of knowledge.

I love Best Buy, always have. It's a great place to go if you want to pick up some new tech in general. The new memberships are great too! I have the My BestBuy Total membership and I got AppleCare+ or Best Buy Protection with all of my purchases included with the membership. There are deal exclusive to it, so if you are wanting to enhance your shopping experience and keep peace of mind, I do recommend the membership. Bought my MacBook Air from them and just simply love the added peace of mind.

Found what we were looking for. Alex T was very helpful showing us the computers and then a printer to fit our needs.

Good customer service, was treated very well. I'd order online and go pick up order same day. DOING a computer build buying all the stuff I need there and its been a pleasure.

Went to the Geek squad with phone issues. Helped us to understand one of our phones did not have enough space. Ended up with new phone.
