Enterprise Rent-A-Car

They did, in fact, pick me up and drop me off. I rented a car when my truck needed repairs. They picked me up at the repair shop and dropped me off when repairs were completed. Easy as could be.

I needed a suv and I was told to just keep checking back with the branch. I asked when they get one in could the call and let me know. I was told no they didn't do that. I said OK. Assistant manager Janelle went above and beyond and reached out to let me know when they had suv available and called me and also let me choose from the multiple they had available. Great associate and employee 👏

We couldn't have asked for a better experience with getting the rental car from our local Enterprise. Our car was stolen and our insurance covered part of the car we needed. Enterprise contacted us via phone immediately once our insurance contacted them. Mohammed was professional and efficient when we picked up the car and when we dropped it off. Thank you Enterprise employees for making this stress free during what was a bit of a stressful time for us.

Absolutely amazing guest service! This place has helped us out MANY times! Even when we had problems on the road they made sure that we were safe and taken care of! Over the last month I’ve had to rent 3 different times with these guys. David is the one who I’ve dealt with the most and he is fantastic! Very polite and friendly. Even gave me an upgrade because the only car they had at the time wouldn’t fit my baby’s rear facing car seat. He is the best! I’ve also worked with Gil and TJ and they are both amazing as well. Hopefully I wo t need another rental for a long time but if I do, I’ll be coming back here! Thanks for everything David! This is the second time I've rented a car from the Benton Harbor, Michigan location and both times have been very pleasant experiences.
This time, Chelsea was the rep who assisted me. While I reserved online, I decided to upgrade when I arrived at the location. Chelsea was on the case very quickly and upgraded me. She was very polite and professional.
My return of the car was quick and easy! I will definitely use Enterprise again!

i have rented twice at this location, staff is excellent, and they were the same people from previous year which says a lot! there was only one issue with the car and that was the cruise control was not working but Mohammed adjusted the billing, car smelled great so i inquired about the air freshener used (great stuff !!)

Enterprise did an outstanding job!!! As always they were courteous upon my arrival, had the class of vehicle I reserved, very fast at the counter, and of course the vehicle was immaculately clean. Drop off was identical to pick up. Very professional people and super easy to work with. I only use the Benton Harbor, MI Enterprise and my last visit was another reminder of why.

Chelsea at the Benton Harbor Enterprise location had exemplary customer service. She was very patient, understanding and polite. She went over and beyond to help see that my rental went smooth. A++

I had occasion to use their services after a minor accident put my car in the shop for a few days. They were courteous and professional. They also gave me a rock bottom price on a rental. Before I picked up the car they gave me a confirming phone call and offered to pick me up at the garage where my car was being repaired. Before I even got there I already knew exactly what my out of pocket cost would be and the terms of payment. To say the least I am pleased with their service.

Best rental experience I have ever had!! I’ve had the pleasure of working with Karleann and she was unbelievably accommodating and helpful. I also had some assistance from Chelsea, both ladies went above and beyond to make sure the entire experience was great. I had to take the rental car to Florida for work and they made the whole process extremely easy. I would definitely recommend using this location, and ask for Karleann or Chelsea!
