Joe worked out a great deal with the prosecutor to lessen my charge and have zero points go on my license. Our case went to a Jury Trial and the evening before he came out to our house to go over the process and was so down to earth and comforting. Joe was vital to me getting my driving privileges restored. He and Samantha's guidance and assistance made the process manageable and way less intimidating. I wouldn't have my driving privileges without their help. 10/10 would use again. But hopefully won't have to.

Joe Fletcher is great. He represented my son a juvenile. My son was very comfortable interacting with Joe and yes we had a favorable result in court, but I would still leave a good review otherwise. We’re from out of state and my husband had two traffic citations in Michigan that needed to be settled in court. We mostly spoke with Samantha, she was wonderful. She broke down all of the steps and explained everything in detail. Always kept in contact. We were mostly fighting for one citation, but Mr. Fletcher was able to get both tickets cleared. Amazing firm, I’m definitely keeping their contact information. Absolutely recommend them.

Mr. Joseph Fletcher is a brilliant lawyer. I would hire him any time again if there is a need. My case was serious but he handled it very well and i was happy with the conclusion. I think he knows his job well and has good memory of stuff. I would only recommend for Joe to be more readily available for clarification of issues. In my case i had never been involved in criminal investigations or court proceedings ever before, so i needed to understand how things work. In addition, i am from different country and different culture. At some point i was tempted to feel things were not going well but realized Joe knew exactly every step to the end. I think Clients in any profession are not the same, there is need to assess each case and client independently. For example how the case may affect the job/work of the client, finances or his/her family etc. I feel i would recommend for Joe to give more time in the beginning to talk to client so the client can understand and feel understood. But this is just personal recommendations not complaint. The worry comes when one thinks something needs to be made more clear, if no one is available to clarify, panic sets in. Otherwise Mr. Fletcher is good lawyer and i recommend him highly.

Mr. Fletcher is hands down the best, no exaggeration! He is very professional, knowledgeable, understanding, and a strong fighter in the courtroom. He was patient throughout the process by taking the time to help me understand legal jargon and the law. Overall, his skills and determination made me feel comfortable during my case. I would definitely return to him again for any legal needs in the future!

Joe and his team did a few nice job helping me get my license reinstated. You’ll have to do your part, don’t be fooled but he’ll guide you through the process with peace and mind. He’s very nice and easy to work with and his communication between everything was 10/10.

From day one when I made the first call to his office. I talked with Samantha she put my mind at ease and said they would be able to help with my divorce. Little did I know I would need there services for two years and ten months. I was treated like a friend. Attorney Fletcher navigated what might be one of his nastiest divorce cases he’s dealt with. Do to the fact how the other side conducted her self. He was always by my side! Many times I called the office stressed out because of all the things that were going on. They always set my mind at ease and handled every issue that came up. I couldn’t imagine having another attorney. I want to first start this review off by saying that before I mention how absolutely amazing Joe Fletcher is with regards to advising, directing and fighting for you, he is a man of God which is hard to come by in this line of work, so let that put you at ease. He genuinely cares about the outcome for his clients and truly goes for the best possible resolution. Joe listened to us, was patient and understanding when the times became trying waiting out the process. He knew the correct course we needed to take and supported and advised me along the way. Joe Fletcher took my case to a jury trial where I was ultimately proven innocent and the jury agreed finding me innocent of all charges. A trial for anyone can be a stressful time but when you have an attorney that is knowledgable and confident it certainly alleviates some of the burden of "the process". I would highly recommend Joe Fletcher as representation to anyone. Samantha his right hand is so compassionate and is on top of it! Such a great experience during a challenging and tough situation.

No complaints!! My case has been resolved. Mr. Fletcher exudes confidence, isn't afraid to go to trial and honest about his expectations. His Secretary Samantha is so awesome. Friendly, helpful and very dedicated to her job. I was facing as assault charge and Mr. Fletcher had it dramatically reduced to protect my career, and avoid a criminal background. I was given Mr. Fletcher's name by my neighbor when I found myself in need of an attorney after an unexpected custody issue came up. Mr. Fletcher was able to get me into his office the next day and took the time to explain to me what to expect throughout the process before we began, which I really appreciated.

I also appreciated that he didn't drag it out for months--from start to finish it took just under a month. On the date of our first hearing in front of the Friend of the Court referee, while awaiting my own case, I was able to witness Mr. Fletcher in at least 3 other domestic/custodial cases and was impressed with how well he represented his clients.

As for my own experience with him as my attorney, Mr Fletcher was able to negotiate a deal with my ex-husband that saw my and my children's best interests met before we ever sat in front of the Friend of the Court referee, thus saving us all from the headache and expense of a trial.

I highly recommend Mr. Fletcher! And if I ever find myself in need of an attorney in the future, I know who to call.
