I needed help with a battery replacement on my car, and the team here was so kind and friendly and helpful. They found the battery I needed and installed it for me. The experience was pleasant and efficient. I highly recommend the Berrien Springs AutoZone! I appreciate all that they did to help me.

They whole team here in Berrien is wonderful. They take care of every need we may have, parts, questions, etc. The manager Joe is so helpful and kind, provides great customer service. Eli is always looking to help. Destiny is very kind. The whole team is wonderful. They get me in and out of the store in no time. They deliver in a timely manner as well. I ask for parts without knowing the proper name and they are so quick to figure out what i’m talking about. By far my favorite store.

I've had issues with my windshield wipers for a few years and just assumed they were getting installed wrong. Went here to get them replaced again and the guy installing them noticed that I needed to buy a different shape of blade and it fixed the problem quick and easy! Very friendly and helpful!

Cody was amazing helping us in the freezing cold applying new headlights and making sure we had the correct ones!

You know the drill, needed some parts to replace a radiator, dude knew what we wanted and we spent less buying the whole part instead of making it fit together. All in All, not a bad trip.

I went there last Friday to get my battery checked. My vehicle was making a weird noise. The manager of the store came out took a look. He knew exactly what was wrong and not only was he kind ams professional but he changed the part for me in the parking lot. A great job. Pple don't believe in helping others these day. I'm thankful he was there and he helped out .

Skyler was SO helpful for me, he was very willing to help and went out of his way to do so several times. He was kind and honest, and he even installed a new battery for me, free of charge. Highly recommend this store!!! Thank you SO much!

This place has spectacular customer service. Thank you Cody! Even on a cold winter day, I was able to get exactly what I needed here with excellent service. I came in with a struggling battery. Cody tested it and installed a new one quickly and professionally. Even though it was 33 degrees outside, he was happy to help.

The people here are knowledgeable, friendly, and patient. They are willing to help you find a solution to whatever you're working on. They offer many free services, including testing your battery and computer testing to see what error codes your vehicle is putting out. They accept used oil and oil filters.

I needed a windshield wiper put on my car and Joe ran out in the pouring rain and put it on for me. Went the extra mile great service with a smile. Definitely will go back for parts.

The gentleman who sold me my car battery was very kind and I was so grateful that he was willing to install it in my old Prius even though it was freezing cold outside. How he was able to get his fingers to deal with all those clamps and plastic things that hold a battery in a Prius in 20-degree weather is amazing to me. That he was willing to, even more amazing.
