My purse I designed online lost its bag tag, the staff was amazing helping me find a replacement!!! (8/20/23) they also had up to 70% off in the store I got a wicked cute belt bag, normally $300, for about $85!!! Sad I lost my one of a kind purse tag, BUT THIS BELT BAG THOUGH!!! 😍😍😍

Great and friendly service in an absolutely beautiful store! Never owned anything that was made by this designer only the perfume. Everything is always so expensive and I simply could never afford anything. This outlet store had a purse that my fiancé felt was reasonable priced and after forcing me to not just pick a purse out but to really love this purse as well, I have to admit it was worth it! I’ve had it about a month now and I am very happy with how well it has done! Had a scare when cranberry juice got spilled and splashed onto the side of my purse, however, it wiped off right quick with no left over stains! Very very happy with the purchase and would recommend every woman to own at least one!

I had a few issues trying to place a phone order at an outlet store out of state before I realized there's one 1.5 hours away. One call to them, and my entire dilemma was remedied quickly.

Went today, even after reading negative review of this store's employees. There were two young ladies working and the one who waited on me was simply wonderful. Went out back twice to find inventory that I was interested in. When I mentioned one that I liked from display, she grabbed it and calculated final costs and we had a good laugh when I purchased it. Very capable and knowledgeable of Coach products.

This Coach Outlet store is always clean, well organized and has unique items at great prices. The associates are friendly and helpful but not overbearing, which is appreciated.

Ask to see their "retail" collection! Other bags are - not such great quality. Got an excellent deal on a "retail" bag - one of a kind for the store! Lovely sales lady shared lots of delicious tidbits about my new leather investment, and I'm looking forward to buying my next Coach bag right there in Freeport, ME!

I was shopping here for my mom and wanted to perfect gift. I was helped by five different associates who were amazing!! A helpful girl with red hair, a really polite girl with shorter blonde hair, a friendly gentleman with brown hair, an amazingly kind woman who is a POC, and a wonderfully helpful and thoughtful woman (I asked for her name but I unfortunately forget her name :( I'll call and write another review where I'll put her name) who helped me most of the time choose the perfect purse and wallet for my Mom. I left and came back THREE separate times and they were so patient and diligent with me each time and didn't act annoyed at all! There was a gentleman who held and opened the door for us, which was so amazing! It made my experience feel like a million bucks. It felt nice to be pampered (lol!) as someone who doesn't ever make large purchases. I'll definitely be back just for the service! Such amazing associates and service provided especially during this stressful time during the holidays! Please, if the manager sees this, please give the associates a raise, they deserve it! I'm sure there were many people there who made purchases because of their service. Thank you!

We stumbled in during a July 4th, 70% off everything sale. If you know Coach, you know that’s a great deal. Sales people were friendly. Store has products for both men and women.

Best coach outlet I have been to. Got purses for wife mom and mother in law for price of one bag regular. Have not been to another outlet that has the prices they do

I love this store! There is always a good find and the sales are very good around the holidays (I've seen stuff for 40-50% off).

Place was ok, there isn’t much inventory, I wasn’t impressed the prices are high for an “outlet”. You’re better going directly to there website and ordering online.

This is a nice spot and they had up to 70% off that made the wife super happy me not so much lol.
