Legacy Highway Storage

It is very rare to find superb customer service paired with a state of the art facility, this place has arguably one of the best security systems around, it is always clean and they have very nice climate controlled units. I’ve needed to get into my storage after 10pm several times and I’ve never had a problem, the customer service at this storage facility is one that i could perhaps think I was at Disney. I highly recommend this place.

I started using Legacy storage in 2022, and have had a great experience with them! Very friendly customer service, easy access to the unit. I have recommended them to friends.

I Have had a unit at legacy for maybe 3.5 years.. and it's been a fantastic experience! I have not had one issue or even complaint storing things there. The management is friendly and helpful and very fair (meaning you can trust legacy highway storage)
Biggest thing I liked was that ur unit stays clean the seals around the unit are definitely well done. After 3 years there i had minimal dust never saw bugs etc etc. I domt think you will find a cleaner outside storage unit around.
I would highly recommend to rent there!
Only reason I'm leaving is because I have a house and barn now so storage isn't needed... I was tempted to keep renting it however because it was so convenient and clean and definitely fair priced.

We used Legacy Storage for 6 months while transitioning from our apartment to our home.
Pro:
1) Very secure. The security code you enter unlocks the unit you own only. Open any other unit and the alarm is triggered.
2) Cameras on every row monitoring entrances, exits, and activity.
3) Lighted storage unit that activates when you open the door.
4) Snow removal was never an issue. It was always clear and units were accessible.

Con:
1) Hours. The gate access is from 6AM-10PM. There was many a night when I would get off of work at 9:45 PM and needed to wait a day to get what I needed. The alarm goes off if you stay past 10PM. Some might view this as a plus, I found it to be an annoyance some days. (This is my only complaint if I could give them 4 and a half stars I would.)

I was able to get into a smaller unit at a very decent price. It was clean and easy access! I also requested a larger unit and nothing available but they promised to notify me as soon as one came available. AND THEY DID!! It worked out perfect for me. We did contract over the web site which was super simple! Unit was clean! Easy access, the slider lock bar works smooth as ever! They have carts close by and easy access to haul my things in! They have a broom and dust pan to use on site which most storage places don’t offer that! I have rented a few different storage units in this Davis county and this one by far has been the best to work with! Friendly and accommodating for my needs! I would highly recommend this place and company! Five ⭐ for sure!!!

I am soo impressed with the owners and their professional and compassionate integrity in this business. They communicate effectively with customers and they’re very upfront with the clients to protect their belongings. Their gate has some struggles and they immediately took care of it and it works like brand new. I had entered the storage building and was going through my stuff while they were repairing the security gate and the owners personally called me to make sure I was the one in my unit. I lost my key to my unit and they immediately helped solve my problem getting the old lock off and getting me a new lock immediately. These owners are Good honest compassionate people. I feel very confident to refer all my family and friends and any one to this company! I am soo impressed with how clean it is and their instant attention to any concern I have. Their prices are fair. I feel no stress renting space in this place! I feel very secure! Stress free✅

Legacy Highway Storage is, by far, the best storage facility I’ve ever seen. The managers are super nice, helpful, and friendly. They do a great job making sure you move your belongings into a thoroughly cleansed unit. There’s even a nice scent wafting through the halls.
Pricing is very reasonable.
Legacy Highway Storage has set a high bar. We’re moving out of state, and one of my fears is that we’re not going to find as wonderful a facility for our storage.

I have no hesitation in leaving a review for Legacy Highway Storage. I give the management a BIG FIVE stars. Lean and Jeff were very helpful and easy to work with. When I just started using the storage unit, they made sure I was well set and offered help to ensure I got what I needed for my belongings. I didn't have to chase any paperwork because they were on top of things and was able to sign in smoothly

When I moved out, they were very understanding with our new house closing delay, and provided me with the proper time to move out after resolving the delay issues. I HIGHLY recommend the storage unit. It was safe, and very close to I-15.

Legacy Highway Storage was one of the best experiences I have ever had with a business. They were very professional, courteous, and helpful in every stage of the rental process. I feel like customer service is a lost art in our modern world and the people at Legacy Highway Storage are the best at taking care of their customers. They communicated all details of the rental process and it was very easy to get all set up. I have been a customer of Legacy for over a year now and have been consistently impressed with their service. Initially when I rented my unit we did everything over the phone, very convenient. Recently I needed to move to a smaller unit. They worked very hard to find me a smaller unit, and were able to find one within 30 feet of my existing unit. Love the cleanliness of the facility as well. One final note, they make paying rent easy, do it online! I highly recommend them for your storage needs.

Legacy Highway Storage has truly been a five star company. I moved and needed to temporally store my homes contents, that "temporary" turned into six years and they have been great. I have never had any concern that the storage unit was unwatched or needed my attention. I highly recommend this company, they are easy to contact and quick to respond.

Legacy Highway Storage really stands out from the crowd! We needed a quick, short term (a few months) storage solution during a move and they were nothing but accommodating. The units are clean and very well cared for. Their setup makes it so easy to move in, manage your account and move out.
A small anecdote of our experience: we moved out on a Sunday and had family helping us (so lots of in and out at the gate). About halfway through the move, my gate app stopped working and I called the office. Naturally they were closed on Sunday and I wanted to try to figure it out myself (if I could) without disturbing them, so I didn't call their after-hours number or leave a message.
A couple minutes later they called me and said that they had a missed call from my number. I explained my situation and they had a solution for the gate right away. Such incredible customer service! They really take care of their customers! Thank you Legacy Highway Storage! If we ever need storage again, we'll come back

I have been using Legacy Storage for a number of years now. Jeff and Lee Ann have been from the beginning and have always been awesome. They are so nice and always willing to help. They run a very tight ship, its clean and the grounds are well kept. Also, the technology package it very helpful. There is an alarm on the door that will ping my phone if the unit is opened while I am not there. The app is super cool and works like a charm. Anyway, I would recommend Legacy to anyone. Been with these guys since around 2014, I believe. They are amazing! Great facility and amazing customer service! My unit is always in great shape and I always know my belongings are safe behind their gated entry. They are always so friendly and helpful. Although they are good people all the time, Jeff and Leanne have been even more understanding and kind throughout this nightmare we call COVID-19! I highly recommend Legacy Highway Storage to anyone who likes working with good people and knowing their things are safe!

We have had either one or two units at Legacy Highway Storage for almost two and a half years. We have found the climate controlled units to be clean, secure, and well maintained. Some of our most precious furniture and personal possessions have been well protected and safe. We have felt safe and secure personally as we have come and gone to remove or place belongings into the units at various times of the day and week. Jeff and LeeAnn have been so helpful and professional in all our dealings. We are very happy.

These guys are the Best! My storage unit is always clean I have never seen a bug in site! They take great care of me. I feel that all my items are in a safe place. We had a really bad wind storm hit our area went out to grab my generator and they where onsite making sure everyone was good they even blew out all of the dust from the storm out of my unit while I was grabbing a couple things. I would recommend this place to anyone!😊

We have been so impressed with Legacy Highway Storage. They responded quickly to our inquiry, had the best prices and wonderful customer service. We loved that we could do everything virtually, keeping everyone healthy during covid. When we arrived to the unit, it was very clean and ready for us to move our things in. They went above and beyond to make sure we had and continue to have a wonderful experience renting with them.

This place was fantastic! I can't say enough about it. The unit was very clean and secure. The owners are a couple, its just them that handle the business, and they are incredibly nice and understanding people. I rented a unit while I was on a deployment and I had absolutely no complications, which was so nice not to worry. I looked around at other storage unit facilities before deciding on Legacy Highway Storage. Seriously there's not one that even compares. I will be returning if I ever need to storage things again:))

I am so glad we used Legacy Highway Storage when we moved. The managers were great to work with and answered all of our questions. I loved being able to open the gate with the app on my phone. We rented a 10x10 that was climate controlled. We stored furniture, books and clothing in there for 2 months. My wife just unpacked her clothes today and she was worried they would smell weird and that she would have to wash them before putting them in the closet, but they smelled just fine. Another great thing about the climate control was that it was 100 degrees when we moved, and it was nice that our unit was air-conditioned. The location was great - easy to get to from Legacy or from I-15. I am glad we are done moving, but if we ever need a storage facility again, we will definitely use Legacy Highway Storage.
