The Heathman Hotel Kirkland

Wonderful stay experience, especially for the more than reasonable price! My wife and I love it here. It’s great for a short getaway. It’s so quiet and comfortable in the room, but you can go out and enjoy all the food and treats and waterfront right outside the front door! Lovely. Will return again and again.

Went in for breakfast, the salmon scramble was delicious. Service was top notch. If ever in Kirkland again would definitely consider Hearth for my meal.

Had a great lunch today with 6 girlfriends. The wait staff was excellent and the food was delicious. 3 of us had the Black and Blue Salad and loved it. The others had various items and were very happy with their choices too.

Clean and friendly staff. I like that they only do housekeeping on request. Save on water etc. Restaurant was good.

Fantastic hotel recommended by a friend. The location is really great for my trip - close to the water and amidst lots of shops and restaurants. The staff have been really welcoming and genuinely helpful. Top notch. Then the room - elegant, modern, clean and it even has Nespresso!! Looking forward to trying the bakery across the street.

Lovely stay, staff were friendly and sweet! Clean rooms, spacious, room service was available. Resturant downstairs. In the heart of downtown Kirkland minutes away from the beautiful marina.

We just came out (8/6/23) for Sunday brunch and our server was magnificent! Alisha went above and beyond for us. We were a large party of 6 and she was on the ball never missing a beat. We will be back for sure! The food was very delicious. Chefs kiss 💋

Very nice hotel in the heart of download Kirkland. Walkable to everything. The rooms were very spacious, clean and updated. Would highly recommend.

We will stay again. Loved having a mini fridge, filtered water and a nespresso machine in the room.

Stayed here for close to two weeks on an official visit and had an overall pleasant experience. The hotel is right next to Kirkland Downtown and Lake Washington waterfront and it is a great place to stay because of these points. The hotel staff are helpful but I think few things can be improved. The room has a nice feel and ambience to it, though I personally did not like the highly cushioned mattress on the bed and it makes sleeping difficult. There is street parking available around the area, otherwise one can opt for valet parking which is charged at 25$ a day, and the valet service is fast and convenient.

Loved this hotel! We were surpised with an upgrade to a suite upon check in, the room was awesome with a great view, very comfortable bed, and a fireplace that we enjoyed each day. I was impressed when I pressed the Housekeeping button on the panel next to the door and a staff member knocked about a minute later to clean the room. Kirkland Bakery just across the street was a great spot for breakfast.

The food in the restaurant is very high quality. Have had a lot of memorable moments meeting with colleagues and friends here. Front desk has the boutique hotel feel and they remembered frequent guests’ names and habits. Location is unbeatable. Close to work and close to water. Also close to many restaurants. Only downside is there is no free parking.

Camerin at the front desk is nothing short of ahhhhhhhhmazing!!! He took such good care of us at check-in and truly made our whole stay unforgettable. Our room was to die for and we had the best time staying at the Heathman. We plan to be back for sure. Cheers from Leavenworth, Camerin... thanks for everything!

We stopped by Hearth at Heathman for brunch after a kids performance at the performance center across the street we took a kid to. The service at Hearth is always great, and so is the food. For the location and quality, it's reasonably priced. There was a 30 minute wait so plan accordingly.

This location can't be beat. Within walking distance whatever you need or want: dining, drinks, shops, waterfront. Great rooms, service, etc.
