This is my favorite place to bank. I finally found a financial institution that doesn't charge you high or strange fees & that fits perfect for me. Everyone is so friendly here, too. The Kasasa account actually gives you back a few bucks a month when you check your account online & withdraw from your account. I love it here & highly recommend it! 👌

Honest, fair, and the best customer service. I'm so glad I was able to return to my bank here after 4 years of living in another state. I couldn't be happier to return to Atlantic. By far, the best bank I've ever been a part of.

Love this place. I do, however, wish they posted online that they were closed today, Juneteenth. I specifically checked and it appeared they were open. While I was sitting in the parking lot, several cars came through to use the bank and were met with disappointment. Only communication was a sheet of paper taped to the door.

I was very impressed with the knowledgeable, courteous, and overall friendly staff at the Cumberland branch. I have never waited for long before receiving help. I have both checking, savings, and I also got a small car loan through them, which they walked me through every step of the way. They even gave me a book containing useful information on how to effectively pay off debt (since I had some debt from college). They turned off my account once due to a suspicious transaction, and while I know a lot of people would find that inconvenient, I felt reassured knowing that they stopped a possible fraudulent charge to my account. I simply called them up and they informed me of the situation and reactivated my card. The online banking couldn't be easier to use, just don't forget your password! It is nice going into a business and feeling like the people there care about your financial well-being and don't see you as just a $ sign.

Love this Bank and the people who work there, they care and take good care of us at any point of our life's, always willing to help.

Everyone else always shares dirt and slander on their banks; I've loved mine from the get-go. I hope they never change how much they care about the customer!

Super nice

Waited in the drive through line for 45 mins. This bank is either drastically understaffed or needs to plan much better for lunch rushes. Don’t come here between 12-1pm.
