Brickyard Hollow in Yarmouth really nails it on both the in-dining and take-out experience. The bar is extremely inviting, and the ambiance is cozy. Burgers are amazing.

I met two friends at the New Gloucester location and was impressed!! The bartender Liz was amazing! She made us feel welcome and was very friendly. I wanted to let management know how impressed we were with her, and I have to say that Michael, the manager is also an asset to this location. He appreciated the feedback, and I felt like he was genuinely listening to us. You can tell he absolutely loves his job! Can't say enough good about this location. And did I mention how good the food is? Liz recommended the right bowl for us and we all loved it. :)

Came here on a whim after a round and the local disc golf course.

Food was better than the reviews here let on. Poutine was delicious according to dining partners.
I had the mashed potato, spinach, and roasted red pepper pizza; and it was perfectly cooked, perfect ratio of ingredients... Would absolutely stop back in another time.

Side bonus, did not realize it was directly next to the Yarmouth Clam Festival fairgrounds, so that was neat to figure out as I was leaving.

Prices were very reasonable and staff was great.

Had to make a call right after placing the order to ask for a later pick up time. They were super accommodating and understanding. I love the protein bowls. It's nice to be able to find something on the healthier side when my family wants pizza. ;)

Well, just finished my left over togo box of pulled pork, gouda mac and cheese and jalapeño pepper pizza. Ate three pieces last night in Yarmouth.
Reheated up to 400 and it was just as good as when they served it out of the oven. Amazing combination of toppings and ya just have to try it. Don't be afraid to try it. You will order it again, just like me! Thank you Brickyard! Jack

If I could give this place more than 5 stars, I would. I ate lunch here with my wife and infant son today and the staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating. The beer and food are great (the fries are excellent) but the staff were absolutely amazing. We do not get out to eat much these days; thank you to the awesome crew here, you made our day a little easier!

Beer is so-so, but I’m picky.
HOWEVER, I’ve been to 4 of their locations and the pizza is a true MVP. The strawberry hot honey chicken is THE best. We’ve had plenty of their menu, and the Brussels are a good starter.
The service is always spot on, I do like the Yarmouth location best, and Emma was the best server, ever. I’m a server and bar tender and I’m not even close to her level.
Overall, BYH is a must try.

The food is delicious. It tastes fresh and it comes out piping hot. We came here on a date, looking for something outside of our normal dinner and movie routine. Definitely coming back and it's worth the 40 minute travel for us.

Great beer and pizza! The house's veggie pizza choices were creative, and the one we got this time was delicious. I'm going back ASAP to try the rest!

Okay, this place was awesome- the ambience, the food, even Parker, our server was SUPER nice.

Okay, full disclosure, I'm not from the area, but Maine has the best reputation for beers, which is actually well earned. Hubs and I tried the poutine (wait, ya'll put GRAVY and CHEESE CURDS on fries?!) and were actually kinda loving it.

Their drinks, both mixed and brews were fantastic. I had the pineapple concoction- and after 2 of those, please forgive me for forgetting the name. I truly loved the mix of cinnamon in it. The blueberry milkshake was also fantastic (a cloudy IPA with a blueberry/vanilla finish) was tasty.

The pad thai was pretty great, and I'm loving that I can opt to get it with fried tofu in the future!

This place totally hit the mark for my first date with hubs in a long while, consider giving it a try, too!

We had an excellent, low key, meal at the Brickyard Hollow while visiting Yarmouth. The nachos were perfect for splitting between two for a light meal, and the beer was excellent.

Great staff, great food, great beer. What more can you ask for?

We stopped in to Brickyard Hollow not once - but twice - on our recent visit to town and both times had an excellent, friendly, welcoming meal. While we were only visiting, we were made to feel like family each time by the friendly, attentive personnel. The nachos were delicious, the maple bacon burger was excellent, and the ctrl+alt+wheat they had on tap was more than worth a second round.

My spouse has celiac disease and they were extremely diligent in annotating the gluten-free dietary restrictions - the dedicated gluten-free frier was such a welcomed option.

An establishment filled with great people, great food, great beer, and such a welcoming environment. We are already looking forward to our next trip back to Yarmouth and stopping in to Brickyard Hollow...likely more than once. Again.

Went during a weekday with a party of six and sat outside. Restaurant was understaffed, so service was a little slow, but waitress was friendly and attentive. Beer was quite tasty, with the Golden Ale being my favorite. Food was also good, the lobster in the lobster roll being generously portioned and the mayo not overpowering, and the fries may be some of the best I've had.

The food. Delicious. Hamburgers are my fave or maybe the cup and char pizza. But then there are those crispy Brussels Sprouts, and the Seoul Bowl. Just try them all! Staff is wonderful, kind, courteous. Love this place.

We've been going here since this place opened, with good reason. Some brew pubs open with questionable beer and minimal food choice but these folks hit the ground running with excellent beers and solid food options. To see them expanding again and again to new locations is no surprise, good luck to them. The staff are always friendly and helpful, as with this visit when we had a 5 month old grandson with us. My chicken sandwich (grilled) was just perfect, moist and tender. The others had pizzas with solid reviews around the table.

We ordered the pizza of the month for July 23. It was amazing. It was take out, so I can speak much about the atmosphere. But fully intend to come back and try their beer and enjoy happy hour.

Stopped at Brickyard for a pizza and a beer, pizza was awesome and the beer was great. The staff let us bring our pup in the patio area, we would definitely go back.
