The service was great friendly and the food was great and freshly made the fries were great and the freestyle machine allowed me to customize my sprite mixed with peach

I thought that five guys would not live up to the hype, but it blew away my expectations. I got the cheeseburger with "the whole thing" minus mushrooms and a small fry. I was expecting a little bag of fries like other places. I got a cup of fries in my bag with an amount of fries in the bottom of my bag twice what the cup could hold! And they were great! Burger was huge and awesome. I wondered why they had bottles of malt vinegar like LJS, but I tried them on my fries, it was good. Can't say enough about how great the service was. Unbelievably, it exceeded my expectations. Look at the pics.

The whole staff that was working around noon on March 31st did a Great job. My first time there, card was charged online but order did not go through. The staff was super cool and got everything figured out. Great food and great service.

Great burgers and fries! We love the atmosphere. My son says it reminds him of "Pops" from Riverdale.

I got a double bacon cheeseburger and it was on of the best burgers I have had in a while. Also a regular Cajun frie and it was alot I didn't even finish them. I spent the most time trying to figure out what to drink, it seemed like it was endless options lol

Food is always delicious. Got a shake for the first time tonight. Staff recommended shake with malted milk, Oreo cream, Oreo cookie pieces and chocolate. Love at first taste. Will definitely get it again. Get here now and get your burger on! This was at the west main location in Kalamazoo

Free peanuts. 100 flavors of soda. The fries. The burgers! BEST BURGER JOINT in this area!!! We've never had a bad experience!!!!

Good service and great food. Ingredients are fresh and plentiful, they don't hold back! Milkshake was the best one I've had from a Five Guys. Fries were cooked pretty well and perfectly salted. This location is one of the best!

Five guys is my go to spot for fast casual burgers and shakes. The food is always hot and fresh, the staff are friendly and quick, and I have yet to have a poor experience there. I pay a little more than I'd like considering that it's mainly a burger joint, but, everything else here from the food to the staff are too quality so it's worth it.

Clean store. They change their gloves I appreciate that. Courteous servers. Ive actually seen them enforce mask wearing. All the employees wear masks properly. Of all the places Ive been I am comfortable eating here.

If you like burgers and fries, you can't go wrong here. The kitchen is open, so you can see your food being made, and a very open dining area. There's also a Coke freedom machine and fantastic milkshakes to choose from.

Without a doubt the best "fast" food burger you can buy. And the fries are delicious! Service is always great, speedy and correct! Not once has my order been incorrect and I go farely regularly.

Fire food love the old comic book covers on the wall was a little pricey but not my town 40 for two meals well worth it tho.
