McDonald's

No one was at the register taking orders. The employees told everyone to use the kiosk to put in their orders.... A few elderly people turned around and left not knowing how to use the kiosk. They were calling out order numbers knowing that the kiosk was out of receipt paper. I know they knew because MULTIPLE people told them. After all that it took 30 minutes to get our food.
I will never go back to this McDonald's.

Extremely kind and helpful staff, everyone was polite and friendly, smiles. Service was very fast. My order was up before I could find a table to gather my things so I could leave, I was on vacation.

Service was friendly, the food was hot and fresh. Kiosks we're not working so I ordered at the counter. The lady was pleasant and nice.

Workers don't even say "welcome to McDonald's how can I help u" manager seating there watching staff. Just horrible. Ask the worker do the coffee machine work she said yes. I asked for a Carmel hot mocha she said what is that and looked at Manager and is it hot oh the coffee machine broke.

I met a lady that worked there, and we talked about life n general and God. We ended with I'm glad we had this conversation, both of us was up lifted

Food tasted great and I felt I was served the correct portions. This is a really good McDonald's with a great staff. Thank you for your excellent service.

My drive though window lady, wasn't too personal, which I appreciate she accidentally rounded my bill up, for a donation, though. And when I brought it to her attention.. she rectified immediately and with am amazing attitude. Northside needs more people like this.

For breakfast at McDonald I have 2 bacon egg & cheese mc grilled and 2 sausage egg & cheese burrito and a large lemon sprite froze. And for lunch and dinner 1 or 2 Big Mac or 2 triple cheeseburger or Mc double or 2 quarter pounder and a large fries 6 cookies and large soda

They refused to give a receipt for order because all the items weren't placed in my bag, then on top of that it was the shift manager who had refused the item because she knew that everything I had said and was saying was. 100 percent true, and was so embarrassed that she gave us extra food then got home egg was spoiled and old and bread had mold on it my fiance didn't realize it until half the sandwich was consumed

We have been there several times so far. Really a very busy place. The people were friendly and still took time to smile and say hello. Clean bathrooms! Will be there several more times before the year is out.

Our food was hot and fresh as always. The staff is so kind and thorough. We appreciate your efforts to provide excellent service and a great experience! Thank you!

Busy at the time I went between 10 and 11. Service was fast and cashier was friendly.

These folks here at this location always try Thier best under some pretty adverse conditions. Sometime machines are broken and sometimes items aren't available but they always deliver to the best of their ability. I'm in here for one thing or another at least once a week.

I was really impressed at this location.
We ordered 4 burgers.
2 big macs. Fish and a quarter pounder.
All was hot and delicious.
What ever y'all doing over there keep It up.

The system was down however the manager ANTENESE (spell?) she took the time to listen to me and went ahead and prepared my order personally. Excellent customer service and the best/freshest sausage and egg biscuit ever. Thank you Miss A.

The people were friendly the lady who took my order was so helpful and pleasant Even put the cream and sugar in my coffee at request

Great Customer Service. Food came out fresh. Made me want to order more & i don't even eat McDonald's. This time was a pleasant time
