Loco Taco Taqueria

This was our first time visiting this newer restaurant. The chicken in their dishes is seasoned very well. The steak is under seasoned and a little bland. The mild hot sauce is exceptionally mild. The hot, hot sauce is closer to medium. The chips and salsa was great and tasted fresh. The margaritas were good but light pours. Bring a relatively new place, everything is clean including the seats, tables, and menus. The service was excellent - friendly and responsive without being obtrusive.

The tacos were amazing. Lots of fresh toppings to add. Highly recommend trying the pineapple habanero salsa. Hot but delicious! Prices are good and portions are big. We'll be back for sure.

Nice atmosphere and sweet little bar. Food never disappoints. Good specials on food and drinks. Service is always excellent. Love their Enchiladas Rancheras, delicious tangy verde sauce. And their frijoles are especially tasty. Stop in, you won’t be sorry!

Wow. The food was terrific. I went on a weekday during the lunch hour and it was pretty busy but service was still very fast.

Got the 3 taco combo and got a free drink. The pork and beef taste great. The beans and rice were nice. Overall I really enjoyed the food.

Sit down Quality quickly and build your own way! The staff was very helpful and had so many choices to make many types of Mexican dishes decorated/created your way. Phenomenal! The restaurant was also VERY CLEAN! Burritos had different sizes, or you could do a combo. Be patient your first time in and dont become overwhelmed (as there are many choices).

Excellent food great portions and definitely authentic. Drove 45min just to come get some real food.

I can only speak to the tacos here but they are very authentic. The corn shells were nicely fried and steamed. They held up well and tasted delish. Shredded pork, steak and chicken proteins were nicely seasoned and slow cooked. I went traditional Mexican style with onion, cilantro and lime, but they have a ton of other options of toppings. Verde and Roja sauces were excellent 👍

Inside was clean and welcoming. Don't let the shuttered business next door lead you astray. This place is open and serving it up.

I dined in for my first visit but am intrigued with the idea of being able to get real authentic Mexican food from their drive through window as well.

Called to order and picked up in drive through 10 min later... super sweet and friendly staff. Everything was ready at pickup and we fed our family of 5 for $35 on taco Tuesday.
We were all so impressed. Grilled chicken tacos are the best we have ever had. Not super spicy, so great for kids too, but the FLAVOR was amazing! . Great chips and salsa. My husband loved the tamales as well. Truly authentic and delicious.
My kids absolutely loved it as much as we did... so finally a place the whole family enjoys! We will definitely be back soon.

A bit pricey, but the tacos are very tasty and fresh. Steak and lengua are my favorites, but the chorizo and marinated pork are top notch as well. My wife ordered wet tamales and also enjoyed them.

Amazing food and GREAT variety. I am eating it currently and had to say it's some of the best Mexican food around with authentic flavor and variation day by day. You can tell everything is made by hand and tastes delicious. And there is almost never an inside wait, they are hardly busy!

Just ate here for the first time for lunch (3 Taco combo for me and wet burrito for him) and we both agreed it was excellent! Will definitely return!

Great food!! We were very excited to see the menu is identical to El Jalepeno in Greenville, which is a local dive for me that I go to several times a month. It’s great to know I can get affordable, quality food from the same recipes near home or in the city!!

My wife and I love all the tacos on the menu. We love the tacos so much we have gotten no further into their extensive mexican menu. If the tacos are any indication, the rest of the items will be fantastic as well. Personally my go to tacos are the carnitas and spiced pork. Nice people and great service as well. Hard to drive by without stopping

Was driving by when I saw a new taco place. Thought to myself what the heck. So I stopped in and was pleasantly surprised by the selection of meats to choose from. I ended up with the shredded chicken on my wet burrito. It was very good and not dry like some places. Their refried beans where really good too. Will definitely go back to try other choices.

Taco Loco does seem to be suffering a small bit from trying to get organized after just opening and as there staff gets trained and learns how everything works. The first time I went there my food was honestly somewhat disappointing but I was encouraged by some of the pictures I had seen of others food and wanted to go again. The second time I got the sopes combo and it was just absolutely delicious. On my third trip I got a wet burrito and was once again in love with how good it tasted. Here is the one caveat however, be prepared for them to make you something totally random. I wanted pork and got beef, still delicious and I personally am totally fine as long as it tastes good (and isn't tongue meat) So now its like a special surprise, what delicious food will I get with this order? As long as it keeps tasting good I'll keep coming back.

Ok, I love this place. I really love that you can pretty much make/add any toppings you want to your order, so it's basically like a more authentic tasting Chipotle 😅 Their beans and rice are *chef's kiss* and I pretty much get their enchiladas all the time, unless I'm getting the specials which are such a good deal.
