Upjohn Playground/Park

Great 50 pool. The facility is old but it was recently improved over the pandemic. I heard there is consideration for an upgraded pool and water park. I hope that happens

Very nice playground I take my daughter to! Swimming pool, basketball court, soccer field, baseball field, skateboard area! Everything!

It's my main preference for where to walk around daily basis even several times a day my dog loves taking her walks thru the park pathways n walking area well paved n easy to follow along on them plenty of kid play area n jungle gym type equipment to play on all well cared for maintenance seems to be on point with huge grass areas mowed etc dog can run n play around with nice amount of distance from play areas n grassy areas overall park is perfect in my opinion also easy accessibility to everything even bathrooms opened during daytime hours always have been clean n working water n toilets tables for sitting at swings slides skate park field area large parking lot space water bridge crosses over road that it sits next to is not extremely busy n speed is not high-speed for traffic plus play area sits a nice distance away from traffic love this place for my dog n I definitely recommend

This is the best playground in Kalamazoo County hands down. My grandchildren love this park. We go here often. The play structures are accessible so everyone can participate. One structure for younger children, another for older. The roller slide is the real draw and all the kids love it. I've never seen another like it in any other play ground anywhere.Nice swingswith restraints if necessary for people with disabilities or for tired adults to relax in! Water fountain, restrooms during the "season". Skate park. Lots of trees, areas to walk, picnic. Ties into the trail system for walking, biking, etc. Softball diamond. All free. Public swimming pool on the grounds has a fee to swim. A covered pavilion is available and can be reserved for parties. Near downtown so lots of local restaurants, ice cream shops nearby. I invite you to check out Upjohn Park this summer!

By far the best park in Kalamazoo. Only drawback is that I do have to clean up litter so my kids don't have to play at a dirty park. It's worth it and I love this city and everything it offers us

Home of one of Kalamazoo's greatest assets-Kik pool. This 50 meter outdoor pool is great for serious swimmers and offers local kids a place to cool off. Park also has a skateboard park, tennis courts, play ground structure, bathrooms and playing field for soccer, football and rugby.

My Grandchildren enjoy the park plenty of things to play on.

Nice park to bring the kids to or have a small gathering like a child's birthday party. There's a pool, basketball court, skatepark , a play area and a pavilion with benches to host.

Great big place, just awesome!

In the summer kps give free lunches to anyone 18 and under at sites like upjohn, its is a great place for ypur kids to play. And there is a kik pool wit a small fee you can swim

Clean, answered questions & those working were/are good about keeping children under control the days we were there. Very clean & well maintained.

Great park next to farmer's market, great for all ages with plenty of various equipment and a kick pool in the summer and basket ball court, i think there's a skate park too.

Great green space with a sister park, basketball court, pool, and playground (and big, open grass areas).

The rain wouldn't stop, and that's when the fun began. Park flooded, slides were awesome

You can still feel the newness still as part of the playground and the comfort of being in a community where you can relax with your children insight.
