Chipotle Mexican Grill

Terrible experience it took this place 1 hr to make 5 bowls I ordered at 7:50pm it took them an hour to make my order. Everything was messy the workers are to slow. Like come on, work a little quicker. I worked at a place similar to this. I had to move quick to keep the customers satisfied. Huge line waiting for mobile orders. Unacceptable. Come here if you want to wait 1hr+ for your mobile order 😅👎

This place is BUSY, but that is because it is good. I only order pickup from here (and then eat it in-store), so I cannot attest to speed of ordering, however I have only had 1 instance where the pickup was delayed by 10+ minutes. The place was quite dirty a couple of the times I have been inside during the lunch rush, but whenever they have the guy out in the seating area cleaning, he does a very good job.

Although Chipotle was a bit… OK a lot….dirty. It was immensely dirty!!!!Soooo…although it was dirty, the food was amazing. The atmosphere was fantastic and the people were great. I will definitely go back again and again and again.

The cold snowy weather may have been a factor in there being few customers this day, but my take-out order was ready before the time I specified.

One of my favorite restaurants. Your location is great. One thing I’ve been frustrated with is the amount of protein on the pickup orders. Ordering at the counter gives significantly more protein and I prefer pickup to avoid the line, but I would prefer constant amount of portions.

Staff is always friendly food is fresh and tastes wonderful!

It's exactly as you'd expect. The food was good and the service was as quick as could be for how packed it was.

The food is always prepared very well. Due to the high volume of customers, the feel of the restaurant had a slight sacrifice in quality for quantity. The service is always quick and consistent, and every visit has been a good experience for me and my peers.

This is a great chipotle. All the employees are attentive and hardworking. Line moves fast. My buddy dropped part of his bowl and employees came right over to let him know they would clean it up and get him a small cup of steak as replacement. I asked for a lid after not finishing my bowl and the employee offered a bag as well. Just not work ethic you see anymore. Love it!

I really like their food! Employees are all very cool and helpful. The place was clean and looked really unique interior design wise. I would go here again! The bowls are really a great option if you only like rice with vegetables and some protein options!

I've always had quick service here, and the employees seem attentive and friendly. Food is always so tasty, this is definitely a favorite 'fast food' of mine. It's also a lot healthier than the burger and taco options! Good location for quick in and out visits. The building also has a nice clean feel because of the interior design.

My friend and I found a discount coupon on line that was a buy one get one free. We ordered two veggie burritos. They were very tasty, and the staff were friendly -- especially the young lady who greeted us with a smile. The reason I am rating this place "very good" instead of "excellent" is that the tables should have been cleaned of crumbs more quickly.

The food is always great at Chipotle. What made this experience worth me leaving a review is the staff and location and how they’re handling the current climate. There were arrows, indicators of where to stand, seats and tables “closed” forcing patrons to be socially distant (when seating becomes available), and there are two prep stations to assist with walk-in orders and another for take-out orders. Super impressed, and would highly recommend. Felt safe, clean, and good food always helps!

Food, & Service was outstanding. 1 Star for atmosphere because of loud, terrible music in the background. No need for it.

Excellent! Even though there was no lettuce due to nation wide recall, the burrito bowl I had was great without it! Erin the one who took our money had great customer service skills. As busy as they were, she went out of her way to be friendly and make us feel welcome.
