Rogue River Tavern

Got the combo appetizer!! The deep fried everything was so good! The coating on the food was just enough. Fried pickles, mushrooms, broccoli cheese bites, and cheese curds. Wedding reception ranch!

Definitely deserves a 5 star rating. Went to Rockford on a Saturday afternoon. Our original plan was for the hot dog Hall of Fame but there was an hour wait. We went just across and down the street and fell in love with this place! They were super busy but the bar tender made keeping up look easy (even though we know it was not). Top notch in all categories. Highly recommend. We had a great time and definitely plan to return.

Have visited with family a few times. The food is always great and the staff are attentive and friendly. We had a party of 10 and they were great about moving us to an area of the restaurant where we were comfortable and able to talk and enjoy the food. (They had set up our reservation at a high top with stools, but we're great about moving us to tables with chairs due to not everyone being comfortable with the stools). Will definitely visit again.

Another great place to eat and meet in Rockford! The service was exceptional.

Our experience here made for a great evening. We were there with several friends. The bartenders and waitstaff were very attentive. The food was tasty. The live music was setting up when we had to go. Overall, we will be attending the tavern again.

Great! Great service. They were extremely busy as it was Cinco De Mayo. Great staff, food. Good time overall. Visit the river walk while there.

Great small town bar. TV's surrounding the place to catch all the sports activities and more. Staff was friendly and timely even though the place was packed. Always enjoy stopping in.

Great food all around, had a salad with turkey and it was a great portion size and thick cut turkey. Others had different handhelds and all thought they were good

Always a nice place to stop in Rockford. Service was a bit off. Our server was busy doing side work and kinda forgot about us. When we ask another server to get her, she came back and apologized, and we good the rest of the day.

The first time that me and my boyfriend went to the rogue River tavern, we didn't let the waitress know this was our first. She welcomed us told us her name we asked if there was any happy hour or any specials she didn't let us know that we did Miss happy hour by an hour but she did offer a certain drinks food she was very sweet made sure we were taking care of and we definitely tipped her very well we will definitely

Good, local town sports-bar with plenty of menu options for all tastes. There are plenty of seating options from standard tables to high-tops, and these are adjustable to make larger accommodations for bigger parties.

There are plenty of screens to see for all the latest news and sports, as well as Michigan Keno if you want to make a wager or two.

There is a fully-stocked bar in the center of the restaurant with about a dozen draft beers available, as well as many American and International brands.

The food is very good with a selection of burgers, sandwiches, among other hot or cold dishes to choose. Food portions are generous (great for sharing for those with smaller appetites). Prices are fair for what you order.

I highly recommend the Philly Cheese Steak, as well as the Wet Burrito. The soups have always been excellent and change daily.

There is live entertainment on the weekends, and there are other evening events during the week - schedules are posted.

Always a great time, friendly staff and excellent food!

I gotta say this is a great place to meet with friends and family. We have had several amazing experiences in the past few months. You can tell the manager ( Amanda ) is an asset to the company, her leadership is reflected by the rest of the staff. All the waiters and waitresses really hustle. The back of the house doesn't slack either. Food came out pretty fast and hot for how busy it was! Best bar food and service around for the price. With all the choices in Rockford this is the place that keeps drinks and food affordable. Thanks again.

They were packed but we still had excellent customer service the employees were working well together as a team. Kylei was our server she was on her second week you would have never known it she was very well put together and knowable she is an outstanding server! They had a band they were really good and fun to listen too. The bar tender was really friendly and quick. It's clean, classy and a fun date night out .

We go every week almost, best Cesar salad and everything else is great too. Enjoy! Try the fish fry on Fridays. It's piled high and delicious 😊
