Taco Bell

I have never had better service at any other Taco Bell location. This location always has hot and fresh food! Not overcooked potatoes that you can't even chew. The potato soft tacos are loaded and have more than 4 measly potatoes. They never forget some of my food. And to top it off, they actually give me napkins and a utensil to eat with! Keep up the great work!

The young lady working the drive thru during my visit was such a breath of fresh air. She was so professional and chipper that I genuinely thought I was talking to a new AI drive thru computer. She should speak publicly or read for audio books. I had great service and good food!

This is the first time I’ve eaten breakfast at Taco Bell. The breakfast burrito was very tasty. Nice job! The sales person was very friendly and put a morning smile on my face.

It was not busy when we arrived to dine in, just before the usual dinnertime, but the service was prompt, and we did not wait long at all and our food was ready at the counter. Everything was as expected. Tastey and healthy in the context of fast food. Some tables were not cleaned yet, but ours was. Otherwise, 5 stars.

Consistently correct orders and fast service. Leaps and bounds better than the Beltline/Plainfield location. Friendly service especially the woman in the morning who is always doing “taco-tastic” (love it!).

I often go through the drive thru of this Taco Bell for breakfast on my way to work. The staff is always very friendly and accommodating and they always thank me for rounding up my order to donate to college scholarships. On one of my visits my card didn't work and I ran to the bank to see if I could find out why. I thought I got the problem fixed but had to go back to the bank a 2nd time after it failed again. I ended up getting $20 cash back at the bank just in case and on my third time going back to Taco Bell, they remade my order so it would be fresh and was very understanding and friendly throughout the whole experience.

We got drive through - didn't go inside, so can't comment on atmosphere. Food was good and given give starts for "fast food" tacos. If you like Taco sauce, be sure to ask for extra or specify an amount. They give sauce like many give napkins - very sparingly.

Shout-out to Crystal at the drive through part. Was having a pretty bad day and her cheerful intro of "Welcome to Taco Bell, I hope you're having a taco-tastic day!" Followed by, after I got my order, "I hope you have a Bell of a day!" cheered me up so much I just had to drop this review!

Crystal, if you ever see this, you're awesome!

Always fast and efficient. This is the only Taco Bell location in the area I use.

The best taco bell i have ever had! The team today were very quick, nice and the food was hot, not sloppy and had good portions which is what most tacos bells lack.

I come here for breakfast a few times a week and the crew is always amazing. Fast and friendly service. I would like to apologize to the lady on the drive thru this morning. I looked in my bag and thought an item was missing, she replaced it without question. I got home and found the item was already in my bag. I appreciate you all.

Phenomenal. I posted a survey off the receipt # 0425-4035-2473-3303. Isaiah and Autumn lifted me, however small amount, out of the funk I was stuck in all day. I was actually smiling and happy to be there. They are in need of some serious love from the company. I manage an eyeglass business and these types of associates are ones you invest in. I hope you see this guys! Thanks again!

Everytime I go thru the drive thru I have received polite and energetic service. They are working hard being extra short staffed at times I always have cheerful service! Thank you!

Reignited my belief in Live Mas, and the rest of humanity.

After experiencing years of disappointing experiences at the downtown GR locations, I had almost given up hope on the taco bell of yesterday. However, i was pleasantly surprised as I was greeted with friendly faces, large/well wrapped burritos, and everything in my order I asked for.

Best Taco Bell I’ve been to in the last 5 years.

It's Taco Bell, so you know what to expect from the food. I can say it is an fantastically staffed and managed location. The staff is fun & friendly and my orders have always been correct. A+ job!

Just went here! I've gone before and the staff have always been super kind! Today specifically there was a guy working the drive thru and he was so nice! He also had a very calming voice!! Love this place!

We stopped at Taco Bell because my kids wanted to. I wasn't excited about it. But, I am not exaggerating when I say it was the best drive through experience I've ever had. Brendan and Ethan were running the drive through. Their cheerfulness, Taco Bell themed puns, and all-around fantastic attitudes made my day. I wasn't a Taco Bell fan before, but I am now, and I would definitely go back to see these brothers again. It truly was chalupa-liscous! 🌮🌮🌮

One worker used profane language but provided good service.
