Crest Lincoln collision shop did a outstanding job on my truck! They let me know from the beginning about what the estimate may be but they also let me know that it’s possible going to be higher after it was taken apart. They kept in constant contact with myself and the Insurance adjuster . The best part is they let me know every step of the way during this process. When there was a delay because more parts had to be ordered after hidden damage was discovered , they informed of this. I would highly recommend this company for any repairs you may need to have, Crest went out of their way to assist me from start to finish of my repair. Thank you for everything you have done for us ! I had an accident and although that fact is unsettling and troublesome in dealing with the aftermath, my experience with Crest Collision made it manageable. I had the pleasure of working with Tim to get everything scheduled. All of it from the beginning to end went almost seamless, there was a later date of pickup but that was ok and didn’t really affect anything since I had a loaner. If you need a repair they are a great first choice.

Crest Lincoln Collision do excellent work. I've had my car in 2 times now and they really go the extra mile to make sure you leave there satisfied. I called Tim after a bad experience with another collision shop and he was extremely professional and knowledgeable. They got my bumper replacement completed quickly, and communicated extremely well throughout the process. While it’s my hope to never need their services again, I know who I’ll call should the need arise.
