His service is top tier and more suited for “the people” I was in a bit of a bind with a new vehicle “2008 ford expedition” I first took it to real pro auto service to get it looked at and fixed but I was decline due to the frame. I desperately needed to take it back home 1hour away. So I took it down the road to here. He fixed the most important issue to get it running and off I went. Without this mechanic shop I don’t know what I would do and be out of thousands. The owner also took time out of his work to come and did a quick fix that the pervious mechanic shop didn’t attend to or didn’t. 5/5 Stars It’s not luxury but he will give you what you need.

We have been through a few difficult repairs by now but Nate and his crew will make sure your vehicle is safe to drive and at the most affordable price possible. Just recently moved to Grand Rapids a couple months ago, been using these guys for quite a few issues now with my Yukon, and they have been awesome every time. They have mass knowledge for any car repair issue, prices are always affordable and just.... Of course their super friendly and laid back. Easy to talk to. You wont be disappointed! :)

I don't often do reviews but I truly am appreciate for this place. I fully trust them to fix all of my mechanically issues with both my vehicle & my husbands. I believe them to be reasonable & are always so quick to fix my vehicle within a timely manner. I like that you don't need an appointment to have your vehicle checked out especially since last minute issues can occur. The staff is always so friendly & make the stress of needing my vehicle fixed, easier. They answer all questions I may have and has patience when I don't understand what's going on right away. I've recommended a few people before and will in the future as well.

This shop is amazing! I have taken my fiance and I's car there for three years now and I would never take it anywhere else. They are super reliable, professional, nice and don't try to rip you off. Safety is of the upmost important to these mechanics. And they really go out of their way to make sure that everything looks good and runs great. Their prices are extremely fair and they will never try to sell you a repair that you don't need. I highly recommend these guys!

Very honest people who do great work. Dropped car off in morning picked up later that day, was quoted a price over the phone and the price I paid was exactly the same as the quote. Free check engine diagnostics for me as well. I'd highly highly recommend 1 stop!!!

They will lay down flat what it will take to make your car move again. No extra sales, no extra give on repair window, they will fix it as fast as possible, they are a walk in only joint.

Mechanics seem happy too if you get a chance in the garage. Always a good sign.

Walk ins only, but been there twice with my jalopy with no problems getting in and leaving it there. (Its a tight lot, but you should be good, if not they have car runners I think.)

Both times the car was home in less then 36 hours.

First time; Blew a spark plug out of the threads and they fixed it for 90$ and 3 hours.

Second time; Spark plug manifold was acting crapy after a carwash, told me it would suck at 250$ for the part, but in less then 2 days had it back for a total of 370$

Took my car out there for a fix up that I can't and never would have even time to attempt. They got it done quickly and are a great bunch of people! The engine on my car has been running amazing, and it was not all that expensive at all either...which was impressive for the job I needed done. All in all, with a great staff, good pricing, amd expert quality, I highly recommend this place for your auto repair stuffs. 😀

Nate and crew are amazing workers and incredibly honest. You can tell he really cares about his customers and does everything he can to get their vehicles back up and running as soon as he can. I highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for a mechanic.

Very satisfied! My brakes went out yesterday morning. My daughter suggested these guys as she gets her repairs done here. My daughter called them up, they got my car right in and gave me a very faur price for the amount of work that went into my vehicle. They were very pleasant and went above and beyond. I highly recommend them.

I never write reviews and I’m very picky with mechanics. So long as this place is in business, it’s the only place I will take my vehicles. You can trust that 1 Stop with be truthful with you and the quality of their communication and work will certainly speak for itself. Any negative reviews you see here are more than likely false - the customer is not always right. I trust Nate and his team one hundred percent, they have a long standing reputation and for good reason.
