I purchased a set of hinges and a door knob for a necklace cabinet that I made for my wife. I think the quality was excellent and the shipping was superb. The hardware looks great on the finished cabinet and I will definitely order from here again. Thanks for adding the final touch to my project.

Communication was excellent. I was warned that the knobs I choose were not available for about a month. I wanted these particular knobs so I decided to wait. I turned out that I had to only wait about 10 days. The price was lower than the same knobs purchased through my cabinet supplier.

Danielle at the Knob Shop is incredibly knowledgeable about hinges and knobs! I had been searching online and purchased the wrong hinges - twice. The replacement hinges I ordered fro other vendors looked exactly like mine in the pictures (with few or no dimensions given), didn't fit the holes on my cabinets once they showed up in the mail.
Enter Danielle at The Knob Shop. She patiently listened to my story and asked that I send her a pictures of the hinge from the front, top, side, and back. After I sent them off, she conferred with her mother, the O.G. of hinge world, and called me back with a recommendation - and a promise that The Knob Shop would take everything back for a full refund if they didn't work.
Of course her recommendation was correct and my new, old school hinges look great, along with the new knobs I ordered from The Knob Shop to go with the new hinges.
The customer service I received from this small family-owned, online shop has made it my go-to when I need help with hardware.

We purchased hardware for our 25 + year old cabinets. We wanted to replace the hinges with hinges like the original ones. The Knob Shop had them even though they are discontinued. The staff was very helpful. I sent pics of my current hinges to them to make sure the ones I selected would work and look the same. The hinges arrived on the expected dates. Now the kitchen cabinets look great.

Outstanding. I needed square backplates for new cabinet knobs but measuring 2 in. It was a tough search til I found this shop. I found the most beautiful, quatrefoil shape plates. Stunning. They are quality built. Very thick pressed steel. This shop will be my "go to" place for any hardware needs.

Everything was as expected with one exception….I bought 8 cupboard pulls (needing 16 screws) but not one screw came with the order…..An update to this review….The Knob Shop indeed sent out the screws as you see from their response. Thank you!

I was so happy to have found Carol Beach knobs at the Knob Shop! We'd seen them at a house we rented in North Carolina in 2021 and the Knob Shop had them in stock even though they are discontinued. Shipping was free and super fast and when one of the knobs arrived slightly damaged, a replacement was sent out right away. These knobs are the reason we're repainting the cabinets, walls, trim, and ceiling in our kitchen after living in our house for 10 years. They're so fun and funky and the Knob Shop made it happen! Thanks for the amazing knobs and the really great customer service. It was so nice to talk, even over email, to a real person! Thank you!

I originally got this survey immediately after I tried to reach someone regarding a return and reorder. Danielle Dunham, emailed me almost immediately after I had sent an email request for customer service. She was unavailable, however she said she would get back to me the very next day, and first thing in the morning the next day, she did! She took care of my issue, was extremely professional and very thoughtful. She deserves at least a 5 + star rating.

The handles and knobs were just as pictured and were well packaged with pairs together. They shipped quickly and I am very satisfied.

Everyone at the Knob Shop and the Basement Store was wonderful! They found the drawer pulls I needed for a 20 year old dresser and sent them to me right away! It was like a miracle. Clarinda was as excited as I was - I never thought I would find them - I had searched all over the country, online and by phone. They are amazing and really fill a much needed niche for those of us who love vintage pieces! I can't recommend them highly enough. Thank you!!

The three items I needed were packed well, sent promptly and arrived in good shape and as-promised.

When I placed my order for the Belwith cabinet handle pulls, I included a comment that I thought that they were a great price and that I wished that I could have ordered more than the 7 handles that were in stock. When I received my order I was very pleased to find that all the handles were made in the USA, as were my original ones (from ~ 1993) that I looking to replace in kind. I also found that my comment was included on the packing slip and there was a hand written response to that comment that explained that the handles were part of a buy out and that The Knob Shop wished that they had more too. I guess that I was fortunate to get number that I did, in that case.
I just wish that I had known about The Knob Shop some years prior. I will be sure to keep The Knob Shop in mind for my future cabinet upgrade project hardware needs.

It was great! Very friendly people, A lot to pick from, and it went very fast! So surprised !

Ordered online but I made a mistake and didn't order everything I wanted in the first order, so I quickly made the second order and was charged shipping, but I wrote them a note to please combine with the previous order. They combined the two orders and refunded my additional shipping charge. That's service! Also, the products came in fast and in perfect condition. I would buy from them again.

I had an excellent experience with the Knob Shop. I found their online store with their extensive inventory easy to search. I had been trying to find new overlay hinges to match the size of the old ones on my cabinets and The Knob Shop was the only place that had a specific Amerock hinge. Amerock did not have the precise model number that I wanted! My order arrived within 3 days, and the product quality was excellent.
