Kool Chevrolet has the best Service Department in Kent County hands down. Ben was our Service Consultant and he was honest, knowledgeable, and pleasant to talk to. It was service with a smile at Kool Chevrolet. I regret not purchasing my Blazer from Kool. The service was completed in no time. The waiting room was clean and comfortable. I've had my vehicles serviced with Kool Chevrolet for over 30 years. Always a good experience! This visit was for regularly scheduled maintenance (oil change) and it was discovered that my tires were wearing much faster than normal. This was handled very quickly and easily; four new tires and my car was serviced and out the door in a matter of hours. The service director is very conscientious and is a tremendous asset to the dealership.

I have bought vehicles from Kool for many years, and they do all the service work for the vehicles. This time, I couldn't make an appointment for an oil change, so I did a walk-in to have the work done. The waiting room was comfortable, and I had work to do, so the hour went by quickly. The service work was done well, as usual. Highly recommended.

My sons car didn’t have heat and his breaks were grinding bad! The techs and the service manager got us right in. Literally same day. Figured out the heat situation! It works great! Fixed the breaks! We couldn’t be happier!! And the fee wasn’t bad either! Thank you for taking care of us! 😁

This is the first time in 20 years to purchase a new vehicle and we can’t thank Del Contreras our salesman for the excellent customer service. Very patient with all our questions and concerns never once leaving us feeling pressured was the best experience. Have been taking our 2 Chevys here for a couple years and have been very happy with the courtesy and quality of service. Free friendly shuttle service to and from work with no questions asked. Don't use the online reservation system however...it puts you out 2 weeks and if you call it's 2 days... not sure why.

Just got my truck back after 7 week repair,they replaced my complete frame.. gotme a (new) bed..painted truck..looks great Brandon and the team are awesome.truck looks great..highly recommend them for any body shop needs.

The dealership service center itself does great work and has always addressed my concerns. The detail shop behind the dealership is out of this world. They took care of some scratches right there in the parking lot. Love this place! 🤙
