My phone didn't have any sound, so after reviewing the manual and playing with it for an hour, I went to Cricket on Alpine Ave. Maggie took charge of my phone and went to work. For over 20 minutes she must have tried any combination there was. Just about to give up, she looked into the earphone port and detected some lint balls on there. Well, a little pushing and blowing into the port, solved my problem. I am thankful for Maggie's diligence and patience. My positive experience is the same I had with your stores in Gaylord and Big Rapids (where Shannon took good care of me).

Just went in today and got a new phone activated and the gentleman that helped me out was the best customer service experience of my life. His name is Zonny and he is the nicest dude I've ever met and he was extremely helpful. How this guy is not a manager blows my mind. If your going to go into a Cricket for any kind of service I highly recommend the Plainfield location for the purpose of being helped by this gentleman. He gets a 12 out of 10.

East beltline cricket is by far the most professional customer service me and my husband have received in a long time! I definently recommend going with Rosy she’s was knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. Great deals and nice phones very affordable.

This is now my permanent cricket store for our services. She was so kind. She helped us fix our bill. And got my brothers new phone up and running and helped me out with our screen protectors. We wont be going anywhere else from now on. They actually know what they are doing.

The owners are so friendly and helpful. I know I can go in there and they will take care of any phone problems. They even gave me a deal on chargers. The fact they are handsome young guys will long dark eyelashes is a bonus. Hey, I'm old but I can still look!
