Ace Hardware of Commerce

This Ace hardware store has been gutted and rebuilt from the bottom up.
Neat organized isles with more inventory than I've seen at any hardware store. Great prices and friendly staff asked me if I needed any help almost immediately upon entering, unlike the horrible big box stores.

They had many items that you would expect at a hardware store and just as many items that you wouldn't expect. Home furnishings, gadgets etc.
Easy in easy out with plenty of free parking right off Union lake road.

I went for 1 quick thing. I was so distracted and intrigued by all of the cool stuff up front tho, that I spent almost an hour there all together. It's like a mini hobby lobby. Decor galore and it's gorgeous stuff. Highly recommend for gift options or even just retail therapy ☺ Let your wives know guys, if they haven't been, they'll want to go lol

They have a cool robot knife sharpener. Resharp. Works very well, saved me a ton of time instead of using my Chefs Choice. About 3min per knife.

I have never seen such a beautiful hardware store in my life. So many fun things for a wife to look at while his husband shops for tools 🙂

Drove about an hour to this store after getting an Ad on Facebook that said you guys had Recteq grills

Employees were super helpful and even helped load it up.

My husband and I just returned from Ace Hardware of Commerce and talked all the way home about the surprise we didn't expect in the newly renovated store. It's an absolutely pleasure to shop and browse. Staff is so accommodating and pleasant, shelves are fully stocked and a nice expanded selection of products, and thoroughly enjoyed browsing the "boutique". Best hardware store in the area. Looking forward going back more frequently.

This is the best hardware store I have been to and I won't go anywhere else! The staff are all very friendly and helpful, which is incredibly important to me as a woman. The big box chain stores (Lowe's, home Depot, etc) always leave me feeling inexperienced and like I've been talked down to or presumed to not know anything. But not Ace! The staff here really are so friendly and respectful.

I can't even begin to tell you how much this store has changed. Where once it was barely even a hardware store, its become a fully stocked, anything you need sort of store. I wouldn't give this store a good rating before. 2 stars at best, and only for convenience. However now, after the new management took over, this is a 5 star establishment. Couldn't possibly recommend it enough, this is a top-notch place to shop!

Great staff and very large selection of unique gifts.This is not your typical Ace Hardware Store.

Great place for all your hardware needs...over 100 feet of nuts and bolts. They are also an authorized Amsoil retailer.

I had not been in since it was redone, and let me tell you it's absolutely phenomenal. The BBQ section is first class. I had done an online order with a pickup and the process was very smooth. This will for sure be my go-to store!

New owners and now very organized. Checkout was quick and friendly. New lighting makes the store kinda dark though.

This is a beautiful large store fully stocked with all the items you would expect a hardware to have and a lot more. Home decorating, many various types of grilling and food smoking equipment. Competent staff is there to help you if needed. There are plenty of them around and are not hard to find if you have questions.

Much cleaner and modern than the old store that this replaced. More modern selection of items including a wide variety of grills and smokers. Friendly and helpful staff. $6.95 for a stubby screwdriver is a bit excessive though, $2 cheaper at Lowes and Amazon

New ownership and a total revamp of a store! Get the same hardware along with the cutest little gift shop/outdoor garden decor in the front of the store. So cute!

I was a customer of this ACE Hardware store before it closed and remodeled under new ownership in November, 2022. I am very impressed with the new store. I have shopped at other ACE stores and it seems they really spent time in improving the footprint and products in the new store and I am glad to say I left a satisfied customer.

I was at this store multiple times over the past 2 weeks for various projects around the house. Each time I walked in, I was greeted and asked if I needed assistance with anything. Every employee I encountered was professional, kind and knowledgeable. I also appreciate their military discount. I will continue to return to this store for future project needs.
