I recently used old dominion Freight Shipping Company to transport some delicate equipment across the country, and I couldn't be more impressed. From start to finish, their service was exceptional. They handled my shipment with the utmost care, ensuring that it arrived safely and on time. Their tracking system allowed me to monitor the progress of my delivery every step of the way, giving me peace of mind. The delivery team was professional and courteous, and they even helped with the unloading process. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with old dominion Freight Shipping Company and will definitely be using their services again in the future. Highly recommended!

I work for a moving company and we had made a mistake with one of our VIP customers. I needed to get 2 pieces of furniture down to Naples, FL FAST! Bruni Dunlap helped me out and took me through the steps. I had never done this before and she made it very smooth for me. My freight was also picked up the very SAME DAY (a Friday) as scheduling which really made me so happy. Then my goods were delivered in Naples on Monday. I was very happy with this service from Bruni to the final delivery. Thank you for making a stressful situation for me and my company a success.

If you’re not a trucker used to navigating a shipping terminal, it can be confusing to find your way. We had to pick up a pallet of tile for a project. We chose pickup at the shipping terminal to save on shipping cost.
If you’re going there to pick something up, you should enter at the gate by the sign on Alum Creek Drive. Press the button and they’ll open the gate. Follow the signs to the only building on the site that doesn’t have a loading dock on it. That’s the dispatch office. There you sign in and then go through the building to the office in the back to show the shipping number and ID. We could’ve parked on the east side of the building and walked in the back but unless you’ve been there before you wouldn’t know that. They’ll bring your stuff out that back door to your vehicle.
To get out, you leave through a different gate to Alum Creek Dr. Not we’ll labeled, but it’s the only one that doesn’t say No Exit (like the one we came in). Pull up to the gate and it opens automatically.
Good service once you figure out the layout.

I’m a local truck driver here and it is easily the best place I have worked. Everyone is always pleasant and professional. Trucks are well taken care of and the pressure for quick turnaround is very minimal. Starting pay and top out are best in the city and insurance is free for individual. Come drive for OD and you won’t regret it!

I delivered to this location today (10/26/21) and had a warehouse worker do something I’ve never experienced before in my 22yrs of driving. The load had HazMat and once he was finished, he came out and removed the placards and folded up my flip placards as well. Very impressed with his efforts. It reminded me of days gone by like getting full service at a gas station😎

We had several large items scheduled with ODFL for delivery, but decided to pick them up in person instead (locally in Columbus). The people we spoke with on the phone to make arrangements were both very helpful and friendly. The crew we interacted with at the pickup location was awesome. They helped us load our truck and were careful with our boxes. Great experience!
