I stopped here to send a post card to a family member from mackinac city to Detroit. Post office is super cute on the outside; quaint-looking building that definitely matches the mackinac island aesthetic. looks like your typical post office on the inside. clerk was very nice and helpful.

The postmaster Deb and ladies of the post office make a difficult job look easy. I lived all over the USA and this is the most polite and expedient post office I've ever encountered in my life. While other post offices in rural areas dont deliver this office truly will help you solve the mystery of "where is my package" they are a credit to the industry and the island. We cant thank you enough for all you ladies.

I ship a box with you that was less than 70lb even though it was only 39lb and 15oz my box was ripped apart and 2 pairs of my desert Clark shows are missing.plus my trimming and shaving set.its very frustrating because I didn't insure them now I can't get my stuff back

One star I personally think is generous for any post office
