Fantastic food and great spot both inside and out on the patio. The staff were really helpful with the order. The Mac and Cheese is the creamiest I've had at a restaurant. The brisket sandwich was amazing. Highly recommend checking this place out.

Hands down, the best brisket and BBQ I've had since my travels to Austin, Tx. Everything is homemade and fresh. I can't wait to return and try other delicacies on the menu. Even the sides were to die for, cole slaw and macroni and cheese, out of this world. The meat is so temder and juicy no sauces are needed, however the BBQ and "Shark" sauce is so amazingly great that you must try. If your in Troy you"ll hate yourself if you miss shopping at SHARKS!

Wonderful food! Brisket, pulled pork nachos, one of best burgers eaten, and a sampler platter with two sides(Mac n cheese & coleslaw) fed my family of four stuffed with lunch options for the next day.

Polite and on the ball staff allow for a very fast grab and go for a family dinner when late.

We will definitely return and post pictures. Try the food, it’s awesome.

This continues to be a stellar choice for bbq in the area. My family also loves the cheeseburgers here.

Went here on lunch and I have to say I was very impressed with the speed of the service. Had my food in less then 5 minutes! Line moves quickly! I had the variety plate with Mac n cheese and potato salad. Way too much food! The sides are great but the ribs stole the show! The BBQ sauce that they put on it has the right balance of sweet and tangy.

I came here when this first opened and wasn’t overly impressed. Maybe they were still getting their bearings.

I saw an ad on Facebook and wanted to give them another try. I’m so glad I did!!

Excellent food, nice ambience and very cordial staff. One of the best pulled pork I have had. Was our first time but we already have plans of going back again and trying some other menu items.

Ate here for my first time today. It was delicious. I had a 2 meat platter with brisket and ribs. Both meats were tender and moist. I was even given a sample of the sausage which was tasty and had a nice little bite to it. The greens had great flavor and the Mac n cheese was delicious. Love the noodles they use it really holds onto the cheese. I will definitely be back!

This place is awesome! If you haven't been, you need to go. Friendly, great food and great place. Very popular for lunch. Get the pulled pork sandwich special, you won't be disappointed! Also love the pork tacos, they are better than they should be and leave you wanting more.

We’re in town from Indiana. So we’ve never been here before. Came by chance. Loved it.

The food was AMAZING. One of the best BBQ restaurants I have ever had. Service was Great too! The Cornbread was my absolute favorite!

We ordered the sampler with mac n cheese and fries. Ribs, brisket, pulled pork, and Turkey were all amazing. The bread was fresh and homemade, so delicious. The fries were forgettable and the mac was mediocre, really lacking salt. BBQ sauce was good, could have used some more tang/vinegar. Overall great food and nice atmosphere. Would recommend.

This is a family favorite to say the least! Since moving here 4 months ago, my husband has been here countless times and is apparently now known! LOL just had take out for dinner and thought I'd spread the Shark love. I've had the brisket, pork and turkey. All delicious!! If you're looking for brisket cooked the right way, look no further!! The top of the bread is a bit too tough and hard to bite but the rest of the bread is so yummy and soft. Mac-n-chz and collards are our favorite sides. Only think I haven't liked is the BBQ beans. Also we love the local Detroit soda they carry vs mainstream soda brands!!
*Go get the brisket sandwich with all the fixings added!!!! You'll thank me later ;-)

Fantastic food. Pulled pork and brisket sandwiches were to die for, and so was the mac n cheese and gumbo. Definitely worth the trip.

Sharks is always a hit with me. Chef Lou makes great food. It doesn't matter if he is serving BBQ, burgers, or even meatloaf. It is always good enough where I keep coming back.

Have you ever had that moment in your head where when eat somewhere you've never been to before, you take that first bite and in your mind you go "uh oh" because you know this place is not going to be good for your wallet because you won't be able to stop coming here? That was my first time experience with Sharks.

I am typically a pizza guy, it's my go-to, but for spontaneous reasons I decided to start looking up and trying out the bbq joints around Madison Heights and Troy. Sharks was the first stop and I'm already hooked.

I ordered a 2 meat plate that comes with your choice of (you guessed it) 2 meats and 2 sides. I went with the beef brisket and ribs w/ coleslaw and beans and rice as the sides. I could not take a bite of those ribs without a smile coming to my face.

Will surely be coming back soon after I make my rounds to the other bbq joints around where I work.

I love this place so much I'm having them cater a RedneckGanesha event. The meat is always on point. The business is pure family and the owner is right there. Brisket is the way to go.

Get that brisket you won't regret it! Really good pulled pork and turkey also. Detroit cola and some choice beers and cider on tap also.

This place is incredible. I didn't know it was possible for BBQ to be this great north of the mason-dixon. The care and craft that goes into the food here is something else. I like to order a beer in the summer and sit and watch the two smokers out front. Good times.
