Troy Scout Shop

Love this place for scouting gear. They keep plenty of Eagle Scout items here and camping gear. The staff is always friendly and helpful here which keeps inline with the ideals of scouting. They are always well stocked with gears, gifts, and uniforms/scout clothing. Check this place out for your scouting needs.

In the elbow of the plaza. Nice, neat convenient location. People are extremely helpful there. They offered to sew on the patches, for $3.00 each, to a new Tiger Cub Scout shirt. The shirt ended up about $40-$50 which was buying the shirt with sewn on patches. They have/offer, I believe, everything you would need. Plenty of staff to take care of your needs quickly to get you back on the road to the meeting or wherever you need to go. Very pleasant experience.

My kids and I come here quite often to get things for our troop. Chris, Bethann, and Marlo are awesome people that are always glad to help us.

This isn't their fault, but the prices for patches is pretty ridiculous at $4 a patch to be sewn on a uniform or a merit badge sash.

Aside from that, the store is clean. They have nice products and provide great customer service.

This was my first year in Scouts. Everyone here knows every detail about their products. I’ve been to the Troy location multiple times and had good experiences.

Great Customer Service! Staff is extremely knowledgeable and very helpful! My son and I came in for his uniform and my Den Leader uniform. We had all are patches sown and where out of the store within 30-35 min.

Great scout shop - really clean and organized. I have appreciated being able to email my order in advance - they pull the items you need and have your items ready when you arrive! Very friendly staff!

EXCELLENT SCOUT STORE !

HAD AN ISSUE WITH BEVERLY REGARDING MY SCOUTING HISTORY, EAGLE RANK, AND OA QUALIFICATIONS AND NATIONAL HONORS THAT STORE MANAGER WAS ABLE TO RESOLVE.

STORE MANAGER HAD EVERYTHING I NEEDED IN A BAG SET-ASIDE FOR ME UPON MY ARRIVAL.

The Troy Scout shop always has what I need for our cub scouting adventure. The staff is awesome and grabbed all the items I needed for me.
