Probility Physical Therapy

My 2 month old, Hunter was just discharged tonight from OT. Our therapist Ashley has been phenomenal, and treated us like family since day one. We started when my son wasn't gaining weight and struggling with latch and suck/swallow issues. He has now gained over 2lb and is exceeding all expectations. We couldn't be happier with our experience at Probility, and are actually a little sad to be done because we will miss the great people working there.

I will never recommend this place or take my children back to this place ever again staff was very disrespectful. My child was pretty much a guinea pig, and he is now traumatized because of the way that they treated him. Do not take your kids here. My son was a tiptoe walker and still is and they tried to put cast on his feet to help correct it and they didn’t put the cast on correctly at all a few weeks in a row Blister and bleeding on the back of his heel and now he is completely traumatized and does not like any doctors at all because of this place. They tried to bill us every single time for every single appointment instead of running it through our Insurance. Highly highly recommend not to take your kids here

Will never do business with these guys again. Instead of billing my insurance with the right provider that is in my insurance network, they used St Joseph hospital as the provider which was denied by my insurance and got sent to a collection agency for not receiving payments. all the visits were in probability physical therapy and never went to St Joseph hospital.. Awful customer service. highly not recommended.
