A huge shout out to the auto Kent in Holland! I switched insurance a few years back and you guys have been amazing. I want to say a special thank you to Dana who has been an amazing agent! We are putting in a swimming pool this summer and she has made the process so easy. I never realized how much forethought you needed to insurance when doing a pool when she found out we were doing when she made sure we were covered before the pool even started and made sure the coverage started on the day the day started, even though it started a day earlier than it was supposed to. The staff at the office is awesome. The receptionist is always warm and welcoming and quick to take a message if my agent isn’t available this is a great agency!!

Anthony Allen has been my agent for 4+ years and he has always taken the best of care of my family's insurance needs. He is very knowledgeable and always keeping my needs first. I have been a member of Ottawa Kent for just over a year. Dealing with primarily Anna and Judy. Every time I need something I get my questions or concerns addressed immediately. Using them for both normal house and auto insurance as well as insurance for my Charter Fishing boat.

We have been with this agency for 30+ years. We have had many offers to switch for lower cost but we said no. Here is why. Service - we insurance everything with this company based on their recommendations. Sometimes a little more and sometimes a little less than other insurance companies. I stayed for the service. The office service and Janice Chapman, our customer service representative, has handled everything with speed, care and integrity. When there is an insurance questions, concern, change or new purchase, I always call Janice first. I had a accident in June of 2016. Janice helped me navigate the details of reporting to Auto Owners Insurance where I received a fair settlement for my totaled 2012 Lincoln MK Z Hybrid. They covered my medical costs, help I needed around our property and I was able to purchase another car. I do not hesitate to recommend the service of Janice Chapin and Ottawa Kent Insurance to anyone looking for great service. I am willing to pay a little more for this awesome service.

I'm sorry if someone felt under served by Ottawa-Kent and can't help but wonder if their expectations were unrealistic. Charlie & Mary cannot say enough good things about Judy's and other staff members' service over the past 12 years!! Response time is very short and explanations are clear and precise. All staff we've been in contact with have been MOST helpful!
