Starbucks

This is my Starbucks of choice when commuting into Ann Arbor. I never have to wait long in the drive-thru and the baristas are always very friendly. Today I realized I had stickers on my drink after pulling away 🥺 it’s a small gesture but it made me smile!

Been to many of the Starbucks in the area but by far this one is the best. They are super friendly, super fast and have always gotten my order right. I even will go out of my way to swing by this location instead of the other one that is on my way to the hospital.

Everybody at this location is always so so sweet! Power is out for tons of people, pumpkin flavors just debuted this year, AND it’s move in weekend and so every Starbucks around has been super slammed. (I used to be a barista and that sounds like my personal nightmare) but made it to this location and everybody was super kind and helped accommodate every customer despite what looked like fifty mobile orders that nobody seemed to be coming to pick up. Also bonus points for the nice patio, I love bringing my dog sometimes. Thanks everybody here for being awesome, idk what you’re all getting paid but you deserve a raise

I work nearby and come here for my lunch break every so often. In my experience, the staff have been extremely friendly, and while the wait can get to be too long for me to want to go through the drive-through, this doesn’t seem to be because of the staff. The employees are always multitasking and doing lots of things at once in order to get things moving as efficiently as possible. I have been here quite a few times and have always had good experiences.

One of the best Starbucks stores I’ve been to. Always has a big team of friendly baristas working to complete your order perfectly and very fast. Always on top of their orders and fabulous drive thru service as well.

Staff is always so friendly and wonderful! Happy to go to this one as it is our unionized store near ypsi and the main reason I go to Starbucks at all!

Love the decor. Nice chill out environment. If you are looking for lite music and coffee, this is the spot.

Getting the plaza is a little funky, however they have that figured out with designated short term parking. Baristas are awesome there

Sue, the old hag who reviewed below me, is right. There is a wait but the staff is polite and does an exceptional job. Old people shouldn’t be going to Starbucks, they’re better off getting their coffee at family restaurants.

This location is awesome. Everyone is always so super friendly and pleasant. The drinks you order are always exactly as you order them, it takes anxiety out of wondering if they will be correct. The food is always delicious, never an issue. And, they are so efficient and perform so quickly, it's amazing.

Went to this particular Starbucks this past Sunday June 6th. This particular Starbucks has it has a very good reputation. The staff were very professional.
The person in the window, believe his name is Xavier, was specially nice and very professional. This is not to take away from any of the other staff members as they all were very professional. He had my order right then and there as I pulled up and didn't have to say a word. This person should be commended and give him a pay raise. Keep up the good work.

Nice and professional folks. I receive my latte and my dragon fruit beverage.

The line moves very fast and it does not take very long to get your drink. The breakfast sandwich was a bit overdone and very hot but still on to eat. I wish they would have done of the more popular holiday drinks on a regular basis such as the Creme Brule Latte. The restaurant was clean and there were people actively cleaning. Parking was also good.

Thanks for the drive up service after waiting for 3 hours in line for Covid testing. We were hangry and you were amazing! PS the pups appreciated the cups too! They were stuck in the car with us all that time 😂❤😋🙏

The guy at the drive through window actually recognized my wife from a couple hours earlier when she got a coffee ☕ and breakfast for herself. Said, "Oh, you're back". Not a big deal, but impressed with his attentiveness. Great breakfast options.

If you can go inside you will have less of a wait. Even shorter wait when you use the app.

Very friendly. Even at 6:00 am on a Sunday. Food is delicious.

Our favorite location and we are so glad we moved closer. The staff is so friendly - my wife is obsessed and goes every morning and they always greet her by name and remember her order. Service is fast and with safety in mind.

I have always had good experiences here. They make my order correct everytime, the employees are always nice and smiling, and no one looks like they hate their life like other restaurant employees. Overall, good joint.
