Storybook Village

This is the cutest kids store ever! The staff is always friendly too. I love that they have many toys assembled and out for the kids to play with. I usually have to set a timer for them as they don't want to leave, haha. Lots of selection there so you are sure to find something for any kids liking.

Such an adorable toy shop! Tons of quality toys from brands I didn't even realize existed. Many toys set up sitting out for kids to try out. My kids loved it! They also have a large variety of Usborne books. Their prices were very fair. The woman working there was kind and helpful and encouraged my kids to check out all the cool things! My 7 year old train enthusiast was in heaven and my baby was shrieking with joy at all of the fun things! They each picked something out and it kept them occupied at lunch down the road.

This place made me feel like a kid again while shopping with our 4 and 7 year old children. The toys were imaginative and mostly wooden. The books were of the greatest quality authors for children. There is a sensory area if needed. They even had marionettes.

Love this place grand kiddos always have a great time and come away with some special to add to our "zoo"

My absolute favorite toy store ever! Such a beautiful and well displayed toy store for kids of any age. The lovely puzzles and sticker books are favorite items to pick up every visit. Additionally, the figurines are very cool and fun to collect.

Cute little place with over priced toys my kid loves. It's great for a resort town toy store. The cape my kid now owns is beautiful and well made for $27. Worth it.

It's easily one of the cutest toy stores I've ever been to! Staff was super friendly, and everything was reasonably priced. Highly recommend making the stop here!

Like walking into a toy land! I love the theatre in the back the most but all the toys are unique and meant for growing your imagination.

Wonderful kids store. Plan to spend a little time inside so your littles can play with all of the toys that are set out nicely and explore the inside. My daughter absolutely loves the pink princess dress we bought there. Could have spent lots more time and money there!

This is one of the best toy stores I've ever been in. Every book, toy, and item is of the greatest quality. My kids played for longer than expected and when it came time to leave they cried. Lol. We told them they can pick one toy to buy, but they continued to say they would rather stay and play. Storybook Village is truly a magical place for children. We did but toys and we are so happy with the quality. We will be back.

Super cool place for kids with a big emphasis on reading and imagination.

Loved this store! They have so many interesting books for kids. My daughter was mesmerized and overwhelmed by all of the toys. Great selection of toys that I haven't seen elsewhere. We ended up buying a stuffed dog and a game for our daughter. I could have bought so much more. We will definitely return next time we come to Pentwater.

Absolutely amazing children's store. Lots of toys available to children to play with and try out. Our 4byear old could have played in there for hours if we let him. Very knowledgeable owners who are committed to a children's learning and imagination.

Beautiful store with wonderful toys and books for children of all ages. We never come to Pentwater without visiting Barbara! She has a real passion for bringing out creativity in children. During the season they have little interactive puppet shows that my daughter always loves!

Owners of Storybook Village, Barbara and Tom, clearly go over-the-top for presentation, unique-selection and entertainment for children of all ages. I was really impressed with the quality of products and more so with their involvement with their community. My daughters (ages 4 and 6) LOVE Storybook Village, and always ask to go back (and more dramatically, to live there) WORTH THE EXPERIENCE!
