Cenzo's Pentwater

Smaller grocery carrying basics for your boating outings. Good name brands and specialty foods. A little pricey but the location, quality and service is excellent. If you've got a big yacht docked across the street or staying in a pricey lakehouse, but complain about paying a couple more dollars for your picnic - wow.

They carry a great choice of pasta plus other amazing finds. Good place to shop for ingredients for your favorite Italian meal.

Being of Italian descent I have to rate this store five stars. The owners are very hospitable true Italian Americans with a compassion to deliver top quality produce, Italian salads, and beverages. I am always greeted with a smile and an Italian greeting , "Ciao!" ( Now they know who I am.😁 If you are ever in pentwater stop in and introduce yourself to these lovely people.

We were in town by boat, and wanted a bottle of wine. After we walked there, it was closed and under construction, but we ran into one of the employees (owner?), Kevin. He let us in to buy anyway and even lent us a corkscrew. Really nice guy. They will have our business anytime we are in town!

Staff is super friendly and helpful. Selection will definitely get you through any camping expedition. Lots of wine, so if they don't have what you really needed, it's still ok.

We pulled into Pentwater for the night on our boat. Wanted a bottle of wine. Walked a couple of blocks to Cezno’s. The store was closed for renovating but Kevin was there. His registers were closed but he invited us into the store to buy wine anyway. When we mentioned we needed a corkscrew he gave us his own, asking us to return it later. We did. Very cool, we will shop here again.

I read a review of this place where the person said they thought it was the best place in the world or something similar. I figured it was a friend or employee who left such a glowing review, but now I doubt it, as I agree. Best little market I have seen. Six stars!

Adorable little market in town, good for last minute items for cookouts, and the likes. Awesome liquor, wine, and beer selection. Worth a visit.

Our family has been coming to Pentwater for about 20 years. For the first few years, there was a meat market in town. When that closed we started getting our special steak dinner supplies from Cenzo's. As the grill master I have been beyond impressed and appreciative of their customer service. Mr. Henley has taken the time to personally cut and prepare bacon wrapped filet Mignon for our family tradition. This is the hometown service I love to find on vacation.
