Great pub! Sadly they no longer serve the giant soft pretzel as seen in other posts. However, the cheesecurds were a tasty alternative!

Great atmosphere, depending on time, good entertainment to boot. Try and get an outside table by the flowing Cannon River. The food is very good and a nice place to relax. The staff are really nice and helpful.

Great selection of tap beers and food is amazing. A very unique " cheers like atmosphere". Definitely recommend!

Still haven't gotten to stop in here due to unforeseen circumstances both times I've been in Northfield, but one of these days. Just wanted to show the difference in the water level from the floods in 2016 to what it looks like now in 2019.

Went here early on a Tuesday for a early dinner. Place was empty, probably because of the rain. Had a hamburger and fries, nothing special but it was one of the best burgers I’ve ever had. Fantastic bbq sauce. All I could do to finish it. This was my first time here. I will definitely be back. 👍

We are at the upstairs bar. The Bar tender was very attentive! All of the food was excellent! We will definitely be going back!! The bartender even made his own bloody mary mix that was great! My fiance loved her long island. I would definitely recommend this place! I can't wait to come back in summer and eat on the patio.

Love this place! A perfect atmosphere right on the river to relax and have great drinks and amazing food wether you're inside or out on the patio! Even when they're busy the staff exceeds expectations and continues to provide great timely service. They even made a special Shirley Temple to make my young diner smile from ear to ear. We will keep returning every chance we get!

This is an incredibly charming place to eat and the great food and good service just add to the entire experience. It's the only place I've ever eaten when I visit town, but I feel almost like it's the only place I need to. They have a wonderful patio which has a great view of the river. Just let me say the scenery is worth seeing. And when it comes to the wait staff, at least in my couple of experiences they just know how to pick people that are quick with refills, taking orders and bringing out food. I'm a picky eater, which this place makes me sad I am because they have such great looking food. The meals I have ordered I have enjoyed very much. I can recommend you go and eat at this wonderful restaurant.

This place was fantastic. The patio is right by the water with a nice view. The food was excellent. Service was as good as can be expected since they were super busy. Definitely try the duck wantons. Everything was good, but those were the most original and tasty.

Beer Battered Onion Rings were delicious!!! And their Mushroom Swiss Burger was yummy too! Nice and relaxing atmosphere and the service was tops!! Would go back again. Must definitely!! A++👍

Great food, friendly atmosphere, live music and a rockin' staff at Froggys'... What's not to love?

My husband and I had lunch outside on the patio today- overlooking the river. Best lunch I’ve had in years. The view was gorgeous. The wait staff was awesome and the food was amazing. I had a BLT and found the thick cut bacon prepared to perfection! My side salad was fresh and plentiful. My husband had a wonderful Rueben that was thick and, again, prepared perfectly. His French fries looked divine. The price was just right.
It brought out the best in Northfield dining. I’ve lived here 30 years, so this should tell you something.

Great atmosphere and food was delicious. Very hard to pick out of so many great things so I guess we’ll have to come back to try the other menu items. A must place to stop if you’re in town. Be prepared to be in a food coma.

Loving Froggy Bottoms now that it has re-opened under new management. They made some great decor additions and the new menu is great (including their solid beer selection). Highly recommend their bloody mary, poutine fries, and the frickle burger.

OMG, have to try their nachos!! I also ordered the Spinich Dip Burger which come come with a side- I chose the hand cut fresh fries. I requested burger to be prepared MR as it was to go...and meat cooks on the way home. It was lined in pro kitchen paper so BURGER was a precise medium after 20 mile ride home. Popped the ff in air.fryer and the Hubby was VERY happy! Thank you to wonderful staff- Heather, bar area manager is a sweetheart! Give this Northfield restaurant/bar with NEW Owners a chance!

We stopped in for a drink or two, ended up staying until bar closing. The bartender was very friendly. She even paid for our cab! Great place to have a few drinks, listen to a band, and watch the cannon river flow by.

Great atmosphere, old stone walls, spiral stair case entrance... Really fun. The food was very good, don't miss the bloody mary ketchup on tater tots (have to ask for it!) The fish and chips was hot, crispy, and fresh, a classic done exactly how we expected. (Fries were American style, but good.)

Service was solid and friendly, but wasn't busy so can't really comment more.

If you're looking for a place for a beer and pub food on the river in Northfield, you can't go wrong with Froggy's.

Great food and a vintage style bar/restaurant. Burgers are tasty and the fried ravioli with marinara was delish! The owners and servers are very friendly and fun to talk to! 🇺🇲
