It was tough there for a while during and after the lockdown, Langley PO was short staffed and I know personally that longtime employees worked very hard putting in overtime picking up the slack.
Meanwhile I’ve been getting excellent service to my mailbox as well as packages delivered right to my door and even out of the rain.

I'm new to the area but have been to the Langley post office several times. The folks working there have always been friendly, helpful, and patient.

Iv had a steady decline in Service Quality by this post office over the past few years, to the point they almost never deliver packages to my door. “ delivery Address was undeliverable” “ A delivery attempt was made, and a notice was left because no secure delivery location was available.“ even though I stayed home all day so it wouldn’t get left in the rain. Oh an they left NO I repeat NO NOTICE was left they never even attempted a delivery or came up the driveway.

They refuse to deliver my mail because my mail box is located where the state said it was to be placed. The USPS gave me a 3 day notice to move it or they would and did stop delivering my mail.

UPS transferred to USPS. Delivery shows "left in carport". We don't have a carport. New computer found 10 feet off end of driveway in bushes after snow melted a week after delivery. C'mon! Really? You have 1 job to do. This is why we normally have packages delivered to a friends house in Freeland. Stop taking UPS packages if you don't have time to actually deliver them properly!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Obviously angry.

Won’t deliver large packages and the person in charge (Tara or Cara) doesn’t offer any solutions if it doesn’t end up in you picking up the package yourself. If you can’t deliver the package, inform Amazon. If you can’t refuse Amazon, honor the contract and deliver the package.

I have a package that was marked as arriving at this facility 16 days ago, and nothing since. It is a complete black hole. Many people in the community have been experiencing this problem. I DO NOT understand what the excuse is! Covid??? Why can't we get mail?? DO YOUR JOB!

With any luck you won't have to engage the "acting manager" of the Langley WA post office -- her name is Tula or something. Instead of listening to me (AKA basic Customer Service) to give any help toward resolving the problem I caught and contacted them to correct with a package delivery, she talked over the top of me and got mouthy (AKA basic Customer Service FAIL). This IS NOT the idea of customer service. This is NOT the way to resolve a problem that a customer has given you all the information to fix. This IS NOT the conduct becoming a professional, ESPECIALLY an employee of the USPS and ESPECIALLY a Post Master. This is NOT the first of such issues I've experienced with this post office in nearly 10 years. I guess USPS sends all their rogue-amateur looser-managers to work at this location. It's too bad -- really -- the staff and the America citizens they serve deserve and pay for far better than this!

Refuse to deliver packages to the end of my driveway. Why, because they don't know what their job is!! I would give them a zero for uncompleted job!!
