Ed Sanders at the Icon is very focused on customers at the residence. Such a great attitude, always about can-do!!! We are fortunate to have him.

Also, I would like to put in a real nice shout out for David at the Icon. His skills really shows the residence that he cares.

In addition, I’ve had the pleasure to ask Austin at the Icon To help me with a couple small chores and he has been most helpful and when his way, even when he’s busy doing maintenance in the building.

Robert Lingenfelter over at Werthen Lofts is so helpful and kind! We accidentally locked ourselves out on our first night and we got his number from someone else in the building and he was able to help us get back into our place within 30 minutes! No complaints even though we had him come out late at night. Thank you so much Robert! We are so thankful for you

Robert at Werthan is one of the most helpful and attentive people I’ve ever met! He isn’t afraid to spend the extra time even if it’s after hours to make sure the job is done right. He’s always available and friendly when you see him on property. I can’t say enough how lucky we are to have him!!

I have lived at the Icon in the Gulch for 5 years. The concierge staff is the best of anywhere I have lived. Michael is a mainstay who can be counted on for everything. Que is a treasure. Such a pleasure to deal with. Nathan is so nice and on top of everything. Faye makes me smile every day with her hats and amazing personality. Kudos for having such a great staff that feels like family.

I wanted to take a moment to shine a light on Que at The Icon In The Gulch. Que is by far the most helpful and kind representative at The Icon. She greets guests with a warmth that makes all feel welcome and if you need something, she will go out of her way at to get it done because she has a heart to serve others and she does so seamlessly. I'm taking the time to write this because hospitality isn't always easy and her leadership should be used as an example for all.

First Service at The Residences at Broadwest is top notch. My wife and I recently purchased a condo unit and quickly connected with Ms. Brenda Demonbreun, the Concierge Team Lead. Ms. Brenda is awesome. She expressed interest in meeting our daughters whom she met today during Spring Break. Ms. Brenda and the entire team does such an excellent job helping us, maintaining the property and keeping us safe.

Worked with Robert and Mark on the property, installing two different projects @ Werthan Lofts. They were professional, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to work with on these projects. First Service is by far one of the best companies I have the pleasure of serving. They are reasonable, communicate clearly, and always dedicated to delivering quality projects for their customer.

Robert Lingenfelter is a 5-star contributor at Werthan Lofts. He does a great job whether he is leading a project or doing solo maintenance work. He has fantastic response time and follow up. We are lucky to have such a valuable team member at Werthan.

My husband and I currently live in the Werthan Lofts building in Germantown and Robert Lingenfelter has been such an amazing maintenance supervisor. In his short time in this position for our building he has gotten so much done - he is always fixing or improving something! Robert is always so eager to check on something and go above and beyond to make sure everything is working properly. He is always very friendly and never makes you feel like you're a burden when you need his help - which matters so much! Since Robert has taken on the role of maintenance supervisor at Werthan I feel confident that our building is up to standards and being well taken care of.

I was a board member at Werthan Lofts who voted in favor of hiring First Service Residential to manage our property. It's the best decision I made and the one I am most proud from my time as a board member.

Christie Malone, our first property manager at First Service was a rare jewel. She was a fearless leader who stood firm to uphold board decisions even in the face of vitriol, lies and controversy. I've been thru a lot with her and she's a superb property manager and human.

Robert Lingerfelter joined Werthan thru First Service after the transition. He's an inspiration to watch problem solve many of the unique challenges a 100+ year old property offers. He's calm and steadfast as he works, always professional and helpful. He is an invaluable asset to our community.

Finally Mark Peden is our current property manager - while he's only been here a short while, I've enjoyed several fruitful conversations with Mark regarding a few nuanced questions about the property. I've approached him with solutions to issues and he's followed up in a timely fashion. We are fortunate to have him.

Overall, everyone I've come into contact with at First Service have been superb and highly professional. The difference in the Werthan property since they took over management is night and day.

There have been so many improvements at Werthan since First Service took over the management of the property. Our maintenance supervisor, Robert Lingenfelter, is always friendly and helpful. He notices even the smallest problem and immediately fixes them. Robert is never too busy to listen and help. He often goes above and beyond to assist with the resident’s needs. We are very fortunate to have Robert at Werthan!

Robert at Werthan is the absolute man. Unbelievably prompt, you can ask him for help next week, and he’ll show up in 10 minutes. Super professional, and extraordinarily thorough. Very grateful to have him on the property.
