Wells Fargo Bank

I used this branch recently since the Bound Brook location closed.
My first time experience was outstanding.
The teller whom I believe is "Kathleen" was friendly, and provided exceptional customer service.

Very friendly service. Beautiful mural. This is one of the most pleasant branches that I visited. I was greeted warmly, and service was quick and efficient. There is a beautiful full-wall mural of George Washington at Washington Rock behind the counter. The lady even offered for me to just bring my children by to view it.

Personal Banker Farzana is a wonderful person. She has help my husband and I several times. I was in a pinch trying to get some info for a job I was applying for and every place I called was a dead end. At first Farzana wasn’t sure if she was able to provide the info. She said she would do some research and call me back and she came through, she went above and beyond. My husband recently went there and she recognized him right away and took care of him. It’s just nice to know there is someone who is easy to talk to and understanding at the bank. Thank you Farzana!

My favorite WF branch by far. The team there is wonderful and makes you feel valued. Everyone is competent and quick but friendly, it makes a monotonous errand a much nicer experience.

The staff here are wonderful. They treat you with the best customer service and respect. I really appreciated the service I received from them and will always go to this one before any other in the area.

Helpful staff. I was very frustrated due to things that had nothing to do with the specific branch and the manager was extremely kind and helpful despite my frustration. Would highly recommend.

Been a member since 2002 and never had a bad experience with anyone at this location

1pm on a Monday, no holiday and this branch is closed. Why? 7/18/22

Terrible first-time experience. All I want it is a cashier check that I've done in another branch, and it was smooth in that branch. This branch held me 30 minutes and verified a million things with the back office for no reason to do the same thing that shouldn't take more than 5 minutes. Never coming back here

Ms Faye us the worst worker at this location. She never wants to help African Americans customers. She always rushing you out the location or sending you online to figured it out. What's the purpose of her being there?? She always quickly to help white and Hispanic smh

Terrible experience. This bank is 2 minutes from my house, I rather drive 40 minutes than ever stepping foot in this location. I walked in around 3 to change my address since the online app was giving me a hard time. I’ve changed my address before in the Bridgewater location, but since this one is closer, I decided to come here. I waited quite a few minutes before being attended, which is understandable. I spoke to one the tellers on (12/30) to update my address. I presented my license, and my debit card, as well as input my pin #. The bank teller wouldn’t update my address because she accused me of carrying a fake license. She even said “I could do this in the system, without having proof of address but a lot of people can fake licenses”. Not only did she profile me but she refused to help me.
She wouldn’t bother helping unless I carried another form of id. It was a simple address change. Terrible customer service, I will be going to the Bridgewater location, because it’s clear this bank doesn’t value their customers.

I hope this review will help others not waste their time.

I would give them zero stars but I don’t have the option. Horrible service disgusted
, I’ve been with Wells Fargo since 1998 when it was first union. They denied me service just because my drivers license is expired, I haven’r been able to get an appointment at the DMV due to Covid, they have no consideration about the situation. I’ve been to other branches before and they’re understanding about the situation and have never denied me service just because of an expired DL. I even bought a house, got a check and all last month with the same expired DL and this branch wants to make everyone’s life hell!

Waste of time! Had an appointment- got nothing out of it. They said I MUST GO TO NORTH PLAINFIELD BRANCH since the account was opened there. INSANE! It shouldn't matter what branch I go to in order to get things done. Thankfully North Plainfield wells fargo was able to accommodate me for my wasted time at the middlesex branch Pathetic.

Rude. Horrible customer service. Was interested in opening an account but changed my mind after the way I was spoken to at this location.

Bank teller is extremely rude. I’ve used other locations in the last 15 years and this location is the worst.

It is the worst headquarters of the bank, bad service, unqualified staff, I sincerely advise you to look for a better place

ATM doesn’t work on a regular basis. Either fixing something or it doesn’t take a deposit at this time. It’s constantly something. Terrell
