SuperFood Fresh Supermarket

Great store, especially meat and produce. New hot food and bakery departments since I visited last. The produce is all really fresh and there's a huge selection of custom cut meats. A better choice for produce than the farmers market next door.

Edit 6/2023: just saying again how great the produce is and adding more pictures of it. Prices are so reasonable too!

This facility is extremely clean. Our team shops here for grocery needs.

Their team members are extremely positive and will to help you if a product is not available.

We highly recommend our entire community check them out.

A good store with receptive attendants though things seem a bit expensive but you’ll definitely get them fresh.

They should also consider home delivery .

As a Caucasian person I felt a bit unwelcomed yesterday at the store which was much different from my first experience. As there was obviously some confusion at the register and the cashiers were just absolutely silent.. not even a “how are you” they didn’t even attempt to communicate with me. And yes, they were fully capable. When I did speak to them the woman just had a rude look on her face and would respond with silence. Remember to treat people the way you want to be treated, especially when you’re at work. I purchased a 10 pound pork shoulder and a pound of meat and a bunch of produce! Initially I was really excited about this market but I’m not sure if I continue to patronize it after that experience.

I brought my own bags because I was trying to be mindful of the environment and when I approached the register I was told they “weren’t able to touch my bag “even though they were wearing gloves and it’s literally a canvas grocery bag. You’re coming into contact with my money, my form of payment so saying that you can’t take groceries I’m buying from your store out of a bag doesn’t make any sense, my bag is the same thing as the bag in the store. I’m touching both and the cashier will be touching both. If you’re going to make rules like these you need to use logic as well. If that wasn’t a pain enough, the girl wanted me to put everything on the dirty conveyor belt. Then I received attitude and impatience because I wanted to bag everything up separately for them to weigh. She made me feel uncomfortable saying that I wouldn’t be able to bag things up at the register in the future, but maybe if she took the time to communicate with me she would’ve understood that I was trying to be helpful, and there was absolutely no signage around the store that said you couldn’t use your own bags. Obviously it’s some thing I wouldn’t be doing again because employees don’t have the capacity to communicate with customers here. I actually mentioned to her that I brought the bags with me to spare the store bags she just stayed silent. I apologized, thanked her, and she just stayed silent.
Spanish isn’t my first language and on multiple occasions in this establishment I’ve used the Spanish I do know to attempt to communicate, it doesn’t take much for you to make me feel comfortable and heard and respond to me. The woman I had to deal with yesterday we’re just very bad examples of the customer service I would expect at a grocery store.

UPDATE: I return to the store today and was pleasantly surprised by my interaction with a cashier! She was very friendly and really turned my experience around from the last time!

It was my first time there. It was very clean and organized. They carry Boars Head deli which is a huge plus. Nice place for grocery shopping, but toiletries and pet items were kinda pricey. Overall, would recommend and return.

This place is great! Super clean and well organized. All of the workers are super helpful and very cautious. The cashier was so smart. Our food never touched the scale directly without a barrier. Found everything I needed! Wish this place was closer to home!

Highly recommend! Happy they are open long hours, and had everything I needed (even some wild and exotic fruit from my country) Go check out their produce! Definitely recommend for any and all grocery needs. It's an awesome family-run store which I love supporting. You should too!

Always super clean. Staff is friendly and helpful. Name brand products are more expensive than other chain supermarkets. You will also see bulk products from Sam's Club being sold individually at a much higher cost (ie - paper towels, toilet paper).

PRODUCE
They have a variety of fresh produce, though sometimes, not that fresh and at a higher cost.

DELI
Has a plethora of meat and cheese selections. They have Boars Head! Fresh baked bread is available everyday.

PREPARED HOT FOOD
If you're looking for a quick bite to eat, they have freshly prepared hot Latin entrees and sides.

BUTCHER
Meat selection is always fresh, meat is plump and well priced.

SEAFOOD
Fresh and well priced.

FROZEN FOODS
Selection is diverse and plentiful

Latin/South American products are plentiful and fresh! Great store! Patronize it often.

We appreciate SO much all that is done here to make beautiful foods available, and safe. Sophie and her staff keep the store stocked fully, and we know that they have all worked at keeping things sanitary during this pandemic. Thank you Sophie and your staff for your extra hard work. ❤

Love doing Groceries there all the products are fresh and have variety of items from around the world

Needed to take a moment to applaud this store and its staff. They are moving customers in and out of there as best they can. Amazingly well-stocked considering this crazy epidemic. I've seen other food stores closed, yet here they are open for regular business hours and keeping things moving along. You still get smiles, variety of products, and great prices. Big big big shout out to this essential business! And thank you on behalf of our community!

I've only been in the store once b/c it's not close to where I live but I will return. So my 5 star review is based on my first impression and only time at the store. IT was VERY clean and I really like the layout including the juice & nut section when you first walk in as well as the fruits/veggies were beautifully displayed. I like the unusual (for me) veggies to try. The meat dept and case looked so appealing, it reminded me when I was a kid and my parents would go to the local butcher shop. I am also appreciative of the great pricing for the quality of food. Like the other reviewer, I thought the check out help could have been a bit more friendly and present. Upon leaving I told Customer Service counter to tell the Manager the store looked wonderful.

This store is one of my favorite places to shop. Your store carries all of the items I can never find anywhere else and it helps that the staff is so friendly! Keep doing a wonderful job!

The only place you can find foods from all over the world. Fresh turmeric what's a deal-breaker. Fresh coconut milk I'm blue corn tortillas. Just a small sample of the things that you will find in this store. I suggest if you go you spend a little time just to look around and bring your phone so you can translate what you can't read.

A nice grocery store. I can find what I need almost all the time here, and I can really depend on the staff, and employees to keep the keep place clean. Unlike other near by clienteless this place is not overly crowded. Overall 5 stars!

SuperFood Fresh Supermarket is an immaculate store. The staff is courteous and helpful. I have never been disappointed with produce from Superfood. Excellent shopping experience!
