AdaptHealth Minnesota - Owatonna

My concentrator alarm went off last eve and called after hours number and she said someone would call me shortly. I received a call afterwards from technician on call. He was here to replace my unit in 2 -1/2hours and I live about 30 miles from office. Very pleased with service!

The people made it really easy for me to understand how everything works and asked me if I had any questions for them or if I was to have any questions about anything just call and they would help as much as possible

We have had 4 people come to our home and all have been very friendly have given us very good service, we are very lucky to have Adapt

He made everything easy and uncomplicated...complete with courtesy calls that he was on his way with an estimated time of arrival that was always spot on. It was a very pleasant visit ,instruction conversation with Laurie. She was very courteous and professional, and patient ,I have a hard time hearing and understanding words but she was just wonderful. When a person has these invisible disabilities you really appreciate those people with patience and understanding. A wonderful experience.

He came after he was done working to fit my schedule and set up oxygen. Very nice guy and very helpful.
I asked for equipment to be picked up and the guy was great, got here and a few minutes was gone. Very nice

Thorough explanation of hown to use and maintain CPAP machine. Very positive attitude.

The process was explained very well with visual demonstration and also take-home paperwork. They took time for me to take notes and to listen to (& answer) all of my questions. Their ability to update insurance deductible information on the spot was a $$ & time saver! Great staff (A!). My first night on CPAP is done and the DME that we picked was overall a great choice. I do have one question, so I'll be calling the number they provided. The 30-day support is so kind & it gives me a sense of truly being helped and cared for.

Excellent customer service! Their respiratory health experts were knowledgeable and helpful. I genuinely felt like they cared more about helping me than making sales.

After speaking with the main companies call center Laurie told me that she could come immediately to look at /fix my equipment. She replaced a couple of items and it seems to be working at present time. Thank you AdaptHealth for the prompt attention to my needs
