Ask for William in sales if you're interested in any of their units! He's Laid-back and knowledgeable with the products they carry. Cody in finance was great to work with as well, they both made my 1st time RV purchase stress free and easy.

Was greeted immediately by Logan at reception. Happy young lad. My sales associate Will Wulf went above and beyond to make sure I left happy. It was evident the entire building wanted us to leave happy. The service department was knowledgeable and taught us how to use our camper before we left and even helped us de-ice the locks in the frigid weather. Overall couldn’t be happier. When we are ready to trade in we will be back.

William and Preston were a great help. Answered all my questions and blew me away with their impeccable knowledge and professionalism.

We were on a 1,400 road trip with 2 kids, a cat, and a dog, so when our AC failed, it was an emergency! The Owatonna CW treated us like family and their entire team was involved! They gave us a spot to park our trailer for the night, and tried for hours to diagnose the issue. It's not everyday you see the Service Manager on your roof with a Tech! Because they don't carry Jayco they were unable to fix it, but narrowed the problem down to two parts. But, they left us with that information and only charged a small diagnostic fee!

Salesman William Wulf was a blast to work with. He asked great questions, listened to our needs and offered suggestions. He was upbeat and not at all pushy. It was the type of experience one hopes for when they walk into a dealership.

Gotta say it was one of the best experiences I've had buying a spendy item from the greeting at the door to the hand shake when we left. Vince (our salesman) had the best personality and was very refreshing in this politically up tight world we live in. He even gave me his favorite pen after a short battle. HA, THANKS VINCE! I had a great experience at Camping world in lakeville, mn. All the staff were very helpful, and treated me all the knowledge I needed to fix my hot water heater on my Grand Reflection camper.

My husband, 4 year old daughter and I went in to purchase a camper. We had excellent service from Lisa our sales rep. She took the time to listen to what we needed and wanted. Gave us many options and even let us tour through them more than once so we could compare. She was so great with our daughter and asked her opinion on each camper. She even had pretend lunch with her. Everyone we spoke with were wonderful and very helpful. They gave us a great deal. I would highly recommend

My hubby, baby and I took a trip to camping world over the weekend to look at some campers. Our sales person Cody he was very nice and friendly. He went into details when we were looking for campers. Had the pleasure of working with William Wulf of Owatonna MN Camping World. We visited a few other rv dealers and William instantly made us feel comfortable with the whole buying process since this was our first one. Great down to earth salesman. We could tell right off the bat that he was a genuine person and not trying just to put us in any camper and send us down the road. He really took the time to find what was right for us and answer any questions we had along the way. (and we had alot!) If Camping World is reading this William deserves a raise! We have visited quite a few Camping Worlds throughout MN over a 4 month period and he was hands down was the best person that we had dealt with. William is very personable and has better people skills then 95% of the other people we had dealt with while looking for rv's. Which was a big deal for us! When making that big of a purchase you need to feel comfortable. He will always be our go to guy for future purchases!!!

We were very pleased with our visit to Camping World of Owatonna. The staff was friendly and helpful. The salesperson who helped us was Lisa Barrie and she did an excellent job of explaining the features of the travel trailer model that we were interested in.
They did a great job in helping us find exactly what we were looking for. We will definitely recommend this facility to anyone who is in the market for an rv.

We definitely prefer to drive to Owatonna just for the service. Joey helped my boyfriend find the camper he was looking for. Something spacious and cheap!! We are still working on the new finishing touches. Thank you Joey for being a great sales guy and thank you to the rest of the staff there as well. We will get some pics for you all soon!!
