Paul Bunyan Onion was amazing. Light and crispy and not at all greasy. Main courses were great as well, hot and tasty. Under 10 minutes for appetizer to arrive and under 30 for mains to come. Would and will eat there again in the future. Looking around 60 dollars for a dinner for 2 with an appetizer.

I ordered takeout. I've always had an amazing experience here. The people are awesome and of course the food is great too. I got the Friday special and it didn't disappoint. A big steak cooked exactly how i like it, a baked potato with the toppings to put on it, and seasoned green beans. The beans are really tasty. I'm posting a photo, but it's from before i loaded the potato with all the goodies. I have leftovers for at least one more meal which is great. I got the brownie for dessert. It comes with icecream and whipped topping and fudge drizzle... yummy. I can hardly wait to put it together and eat it, however, it'll have to wait until later when I'm not as full. Looking forward to coming back next time I'm through the area. From what I've experienced, your staff at this location is amazing. Thank you. 🙂

The wife and I had valentines dinner there tonight. What a great place to eat. We were able to make reservations same night and had a table waiting for us. There was live music by Melissa Schulz. My wife and I truly enjoyed her panino playing. What a great way to finish off our special second Valentine’s Day as man and wife.

That's not what I ordered though I got the parmesan and herbs crusted chicken dinner with green beans, cheesy hashbrowns, and a big ceasar salad. I left very fat and happy especially after dessert which was ice cream with strawberry and cherry glaze 🤤🤤🤤

We are a trucker, parked at Cabelas for the night. My husband missed this place. We had that Onion which is yummy and a Sampler for $29 that was a great choice if you wanna try there 4 kind of meat it's was really good. Great service she's funny. Love the ambiance. Clean restroom too.

Tabitha was a fun server/bartender. Tap beers and a Paul Bunyan onion did not disappoint! Chatted a bit with the chef when he came by for a (1919 rootbeer) beverage. Glad we stopped by on our way home.

Excellent service, wonderful atmosphere and I had a Jack burger. I asked for it to be cooked to a medium and it was. The presentation was spot on, the burger was wonderful and the fries were some of the better fries I've ever had. Good job TLS 👍. Thanks for the pleasant experience. Sincerely, Jacob Carlson.

Billed as The Lodge in the Heart of the City, even though it several miles outside of Rochester, it’s small city attitudes and friendliness makes a enjoyable place for an excellent dinner. While it’s rustic on the outside, it’s elegant on the inside, with a few reminders of those great hunting days mounted on the walls, almost ready to leap off. A beautiful, well-stocked bar and a cordial waitstaff works hard to be sure you have everything you need for an awesome dinner. The very ample menu has 14 appetizers, at least 5 salads, 18 dinners and pastas, 10 cuts of 21-day aged Black Angus Beef along with lots of add-ons and sides plus plenty of dessert choices. A very enjoyable experience to remember for a long time!

Prime rib orders medium and was perfect! Soooo good, spouse had pasta boy were great! My Snickerdoodle martini was a bit strong tho.. we ha drinks with our meal.

The wife and I drove over an hour to go here. What an awesome dinner. First time in long time we didn't have to send anything back cause it was cold. Meal was Devine. Server was top notch she was ahead of us before we even asked. We most definitely will be back!!!

The timber Lodge steakhouse is a great place to eat if you need somewhere to go and owatonna. I had a mega Mary which is a meal in itself. It includes prime rib, ribs, shrimp, olives, pickles, onion rings, breaded mushrooms and delicious bloody Mary mix. We also had the chainsaw burger which was delicious. The slaw on it adds a great taste.

Stopped here with Family on the way back to Texas .
Very good Service , Food was Great at moderate pricing no Complaints. Enjoy our time here even had a few Drinks at their very nice Bar after Lunch. Highly Recommend.

We had a very nice family meal. Our server Steve was the best! He even took a family picture in front of the fireplace!

Delicious! Great service, delicious food and okay prices. But understand with inflation....everything is high. Would highly recommend Woodland Nachos! Never can go wrong with a filet mignon either!

I took my family there for our Easter celebration the day before Easter. The food was good, I knew it would be but it was the service we received that really impressed me. I wish I would have gotten our waiters name. I can't say enough good about the fantastic service. Thank you so very much for making our day so special. My daughter and her family are moving a long ways away and this was our last big meal that we were able to be together before they move and you guys made it extra special. Thank you.

Wonderful experience! Been here a few times. Each time I've had the pleasure of having Nash as my wait staff. Nash is by far, the best person in this line of business. I await my next visit and hope that he will be available then. Also, The food was delicious...lol. Definitely recommend the Wild rice & Chicken soup. Prime Rib is amazing with fresh grated horseradish.

I had the pleasure of Nash serving myself and my fiance and he was so awesome, the food was good too but that feller Nash was such a treat :) I got the viking steak medium rare and it was very good. I recommend the bear paws, they looked weird coming to the table but I'll be derned they were real good. My fiance got the tenderloin cuts and was very happy with those as well, I will definitely remember to stop in the next time I'm driving through this way.

Our lunch was great thank you and we will definitely stop by on vacation next year
