Very clean store and friendly staff. Always delicious!

A circuit blew while numerous people were waiting for their drinks. The staff handled it beautifully changing orders to cold drinks where they could and refunds where they couldn't. Very impressed.

Ali at the drive through window had amazing customer service! Mind you I have no idea who she is but made me feel welcomed! She asked me specific questions about how my day was going, and my favorite Disney movie. Over all this girl did amazing with the guests!

We ordered inside. The smell of coffee right when you walk in is amazing! :) It was the first time I'd tried Starbucks. Loved it. My daughter also loved it!

Extremely friendly staff at the Owatonna Starbucks on Bridge!! The drinks were all made amazing, as usual. I am a lover of Starbucks and would recommend their Vanilla Latte to anyone who asks...ALWAYS!!!

This Owatonna Starbucks is THE BEST STARBUCKS of anywhere ever!! Drinks are made perfectly as ordered! Everyone working here is smiling and you definitely pick up on this positive vibe. And even during super busy times, you do not have to wait long for your order. The drive thru moves quickly. Definitely go here!! If you're in a hurry, you're gonna be fine.

I'm already a Starbucks fan, however this cafe in Owatonna, MN was really good. The employees are super friendly and the barrister was amazing 💞

Chris & Ruvie were amazing. Helped me pick out a drink that was delicious - I’m always terrified to ask what’s good & get the same thing over & over. They were kind, patient & great listeners! They even offered to make me another drink if what we came up with didn’t work. Was my first time at the Starbucks in Owatonna - went through the drive thru. Fast service too! Will be going back. Thanks guys!

I stopped in tonight to order one of my favorite drinks. Cris helped me in the drive thru and gave me some new ideas for drinks to try! It was obvious to me he is very passionate about what he does and his friendly attitude made my day. Looking forward to coming back!

Very good service from a very pretty server what more can I ask for

This is a very busy place but well organized in team management. We were impressed at how each team member had their post,did their job quickly and efficiently, and smiled and laughed while doing the work. Our drink's were good! At shift's end I am sure they are exhausted. We ordered 4 drinks late on a Saturday afternoon of Mother's Day weekend. We had our drinks in about 5 to 7 minutes. Nice outdoor seating too.

I’ve been to many Starbucks locations, and this one’s by far my favorite. The employees are so happy and positive. Sometimes they have made mistakes on orders, but otherwise, the wait in the drive-thru is pretty quick despite several cars.

I have been a regular at this starbucks for years. Great place with great staff. With that in mind it does get extremely busy at times, and you might have to wait a bit longer than typical if it is. Not the employees fault, but rather by design. Small shop can only make so many drinks an hour. Had to address that since a lot of reviews complain about wait times. I am sad to be relocating and will miss the staff and the other regulars!! I will go out of my way to visit when i am back in minnesota.

The staff is what truly makes this starbucks the best I have ever been to. The way they communicate not only to customers but amongst themselves, the professionalism mixed with casual style, and honest approaches to providing new information makes me feel like I'm not just a dollar sign, I'm a person they genuinely want to help:)

Good spot to meet for coffee, easy parking. Indoor seating is nice. Employees were friendly. Had some sort of cinnamon cake. Really tasty.
