STREAMLINED about as perfect as you can get in this industry. You may have more than one dispatcher but never more than one at a time, each of them knows what's going on, they DON'T LIE to their drivers, they don't babysit you like a child, and they KNOW their customers. Smooth all the way around. They're just the right size to maintain that personal relationship with their drivers but big enough to give you consistent home time. Dino's is truly a textbook example of how to be successful and they should take pride in their reputation. You dont see many reviews on Dino's .The reason is simple....... DRIVER RETENTION..... When your drivers are happy, they don't plaster it all over the internet like they do when they're unhappy.

Best trucking company to work for , hands down! Been with them for 10 years . If you’re looking for a flexible company with weekends off, this is the place to work for. Staff is respectful and they will always work with you even with personal issues . Good people , no doubt!

Having worked for Dino's for seven years I can honestly say that they truly care about their customers and employees. Drivers are treated fairly and the company believes in professionalism.

Very nice and professional people. Quick unload but is a little bit tight so dont get upset if you have to shuffle around and help each other out. Overall great experience.

Company sure does seem like they know what they are doing and they DON'T even take money out every week for no season like other companies do I have worked 4. SMH. U Find out a lot when u talk to a lawyer. Hahaha
